<p>Te-ai gandit vreodata cum ar fi daca cinnamon rolls, desertul pufos si aromat, s-ar combina cu traditionala placinta americana cu mere? Ei bine, astazi iti prezint o reteta cu un twist – <strong>cinnamon rolls cu mere si caramel sarat</strong>! Un desert atat de simplu de facut, dar incredibil de delicios, perfect pentru o zi linistita de toamna.</p>



<p>Imagineaza-ti numai: e o dupa-amiaza racoroasa, frunzele fosnesc usor in bataia vantului, iar tu savurezi un cinnamon roll moale si pufos, alaturi de o ceasca de ceai sau cafea. Aluatul este atat de fin si aerat, incat se topeste pur si simplu in gura. Iar combinatia de mere dulci si caramel sarat face acest desert de-a dreptul irezistibil!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Combinatia suprema a toamnei &#8211; mere coapte si caramel sarat</h2>



<p><strong>Merele</strong>, unul dintre cele mai iubite ingrediente de toamna, aduc prospetime si savoare in fiecare muscatura. Merele coapte cu scortisoara se potrivesc de minune cu un <strong>sos de caramel sarat</strong>, care duce rulourile cu scortisoara la urmatorul nivel. Acest duo se imbina minunat cu aluatul extrem de pufos, transformand desertul intr-o experienta wow.</p>



<p>Iar cireasa de pe<s> tort</s> cinnamon rolls? O<strong> glazura fina de crema de branza vanilata</strong>, care se topeste usor pe rulourile fierbinti. Gustul bogat si usor acrisor al cremei de branza echilibreaza perfect dulceata caramelului si a merelor. In plus, poti pune cateva lingurite de caramel sarat si peste glazura cu crema de branza pentru si mai multa savoare. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cinnamon rolls – un desert clasic cu o istorie delicioasa</h2>



<p>Cinnamon rolls au o istorie destul de bogata in spate. Originea lor este nord-europeana, cu precadere in <strong>Suedia</strong>, unde sunt cunoscute sub numele de <em><strong>kanelbullar</strong></em>. Aceste rulouri dulci, umplute cu zahar si scortisoara, au devenit rapid populare in toata lumea, fiind adesea servite la micul dejun sau ca desert. </p>



<p>De data aceasta, adaugand merele si caramelul sarat, le-am imbinat cu faimoasa <strong>placinta americana cu mere</strong>, rezultand o combinatie ce sarbatoreste toamna in toata splendoarea ei.</p>

Trebuie sa fie moale si elastic, iar asta se obtine prin rabdare si framantare.</p>

Acestea nu isi vor pierde forma la copt si vor oferi o textura placuta.</p>

Doar nu uita sa adaugi un praf generos de sare de mare, pentru un contrast de gust perfect. Nu adauga niciodata smantana lichida rece peste zaharul topit, pentru ca acesta se va cristaliza, iar textura sosului va avea de suferit. </p>

Aplica glazura cat rulourile sunt inca calde. Astfel, se va topi usor si va patrunde in aluat, facandu-le si mai decadente.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram cinnamon rolls cu mere si caramel sarat?</h2>



<p>Cinnamon rolls au o valabilitate excelenta si pot fi pastrate fie la temperatura camerei, fie in frigider sau congelator, dar intotdeauna intr-un<strong> recipient inchis ermetic</strong> sau<strong> acoperite cu folie alimentara</strong>. </p>



<p>Desi pot ramane proaspete la temperatura camerei pana la 2 zile, iti recomand sa le depozitezi in frigider, mai ales din cauza glazurii cu unt si crema de branza. Teoretic, zaharul din glazura ajuta la conservarea ingredientelor, dar, pentru siguranta, mai bine pastreaza-le la rece, unde vor rezista pana la <strong>o saptamana</strong>. De asemenea, le poti congela fara probleme pentru <strong>pana la 2 luni</strong>.</p>

<p>In zilele in care toamna pare ca te imbie sa te cuibaresti in casa cu o carte buna, cinnamon rolls cu mere si caramel sarat sunt companionul perfect. Gandeste-te la el ca o imbinare perfecta intre <strong>dulceata naturala a prunelor coapte si zemoase</strong> si <strong>textura crocanta a nucilor</strong>. Iar daca-l servesti fierbinte, alaturi de o cupa de inghetata de vanilie, vei experimenta o combinatie irezistibila intre cald si rece, crocant si cremos.</p>



<p>Daca esti in cautarea unui desert care sa te scoata din impas atunci cand ai pofta de ceva dulce sau cand ai musafiri neasteptati, crumble-ul cu prune si nuci este exact ce trebuie. Nu doar ca e <strong>simplu de preparat</strong>, dar <strong>ingredientele sunt accesibile</strong> si se regasesc din plin in acest sezon. In cateva minute, ai totul pregatit pentru a-l da la cuptor, iar aroma ce se raspandeste in bucatarie in timp ce se coace te va transpune instantaneu intr-o poveste de toamna. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Prunele si nucile aduc gustul toamnei in farfurie</h2>



<p>Nimic nu spune &#8222;toamna&#8221; mai bine decat un crumble cu prune si nuci, aromatizat cu scortisoara. Fiecare lingura e ca o bucatica din acest anotimp – <strong>fructe de sezon, arome calde si o textura care te invita la relaxare. </strong>Acest desert este ideal pentru serile racoroase de toamna, cand vrei sa te rasfeti cu ceva simplu, urmarind serialul preferat sau citind o carte buna. Iar daca adaugi si o cupa de inghetata de vanilie, transformi totul intr-o adevarata experienta culinara.</p>



<p><strong>Prunele </strong>sunt ingredientul principal, aducand savoarea fructata si usor acrisoara, perfecta pentru echilibrarea dulceata aluatului crumble. Alege prune coapte, dar ferme, pentru ca textura sa fie perfecta. Soiurile de prune <em>Stanley </em>sau <em>Bistrita </em>sunt excelente pentru acest desert datorita pulpei lor dense, care nu se descompune complet la copt si pastreaza o consistenta placuta.</p>



<p><strong>Nucile </strong>aduc acel contrast crocant de care orice crumble are nevoie. Eu am folosit pentru compozitia de crumble atat nuci macinate, cat si tocate, pentru mai multa textura. Odata coapte, nucile vor avea o aroma mult mai bogata, iar in combinatie cu prunele va iesi un desert de vis, parfumat cu aroma toamnei. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Crumble – un desert britanic cu traditie</h2>



<p>Crumble-ul este un desert cu o istorie relativ recenta, dar originile sale sunt legate de <strong>perioadele dificile din istoria Marii Britanii</strong>, mai exact din timpul celui de-al Doilea Razboi Mondial. Prima reteta de crumble a aparut in jurul anilor 1940, cand rationalizarea alimentelor si lipsa ingredientelor traditionale, cum ar fi faina si untul, i-au determinat pe britanici sa gaseasca<strong> alternative mai simple si mai economice </strong>pentru deserturile clasice.<br><strong>Placintele</strong>, care erau foarte populare, necesitau o cantitate considerabila de unt, faina si zahar pentru aluat, ingrediente care erau rationalizate. Asa a aparut crumble-ul – <strong>o varianta simplificata de placinta</strong>, cu un strat crocant deasupra fructelor coapte, facut din ingrediente putine, uneori combinate si cu fulgi de ovaz pentru un plus de textura.</p>



<p>De-a lungul timpului, crumble-ul a capatat diverse variante, dar esenta sa a ramas aceeasi: <strong>fructe coapte si un aluat simplu</strong>, sfaramicios, pe baza de faina, unt si zahar (uneori si ovaz), care devine crocant la copt. Printre cele mai populare retete de crumble se numara cele cu mere, afine (sau alte fructe de padure), prune sau piersici. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum servim si cum pastram crumble-ul cu prune si nuci</h2>



<p>Pentru a savura crumble-ul la adevarata sa valoare, <strong>serveste-l cand e inca fierbinte</strong>, <strong>cu o cupa de inghetata de vanilie</strong>. Contrastul dintre crumble-ul cald si inghetata rece este de vis! Iar daca vrei sa duci experienta la nivelul urmator, poti adauga si un <strong>praf de</strong> <strong>scortisoara </strong>deasupra, <strong>sos de caramel</strong> sau <strong>frisca</strong>. </p>



<p>Crumble-ul se pastreaza foarte bine, mai ales daca vrei sa te bucuri de el si in zilele urmatoare. Iti recomand sa il pastrezi <strong>la frigider</strong>, acoperit cu folie alimentara sau intr-un recipient cu capac. Isi va pastra prospetimea timp de<strong> 3-4 zile</strong>. Cand vrei sa-l servesti din nou, il poti reincalzi usor in cuptor sau la microunde.</p>



<p>Daca ai facut o cantitate mai mare sau vrei sa-l pastrezi pentru altadata, crumble-ul <strong>se poate congela fara probleme</strong>. Pune-l intr-un recipient potrivit pentru congelator si va rezista bine <strong>pana la 3 luni</strong>. Pentru a-l reincalzi, il poti scoate din congelator si il poti lasa la temperatura camerei cateva ore, apoi il incalzesti la cuptor pentru a reveni la textura crocanta.</p>

<p>Toamna este momentul perfect pentru a crea bucurie in bucatarie. Si odata cu venirea acestui anotimp magic, e timpul sa ne bucuram de aromele specifice sezonului. Esti in cautarea unui desert delicios si reconfortant pentru zilele mai reci? Ei bine, iata o reteta pe care trebuie sa o incerci: <strong>gogosi la cuptor cu cidru de mere</strong>, <strong>date prin zahar si parfumate cu scortisoara!</strong></p>



<p>Cu aroma imbietoare a merelor cu scortisoara, aceste gogosi la cuptor te vor invalui intr-o senzatie de caldura, aducand zambete tuturor celor dragi. Gogosile la cuptor sunt o alternativa mai sanatoasa la varianta prajita, dar fara a compromite gustul sau textura delicioasa.</p>

<p>Spre deosebire de gogosile prajite traditionale, care sunt facute cu drojdie, gogosile coapte au o <strong>textura asemanatoare brioselor</strong>. Sunt super pufoase, moi, fragede si pline cu o aroma puternica de mere si condimente calde (scortisoara, nucsoara si cardamom). Iar stratul crocant de zahar cu scortisoara e de vis! </p>



<p>Daca vrei totusi sa te bucuri de gustul gogosilor clasice, dar sa fie si putin mai sanatoase (adica fara a fi prajite in ulei), iti recomand reteta de <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/gogosi-la-air-fryer-cu-glazura-de-vanilie/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Gogosi la Air Fryer cu glazura de vanilie</a> sau <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/gogosi-la-cuptor-cu-drojdie/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">gogosile la cuptor</a>. </p>



<p>Pentru mine, exista cateva retete fara de care toamna nu ar avea acelasi farmec. In fiecare an, in bucataria mea pluteste aroma <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/placinta-cu-dovleac-si-lapte-condensat/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">placintei cu dovleac</a>, a <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/rulouri-cu-scortisoara-banane-si-nuci-cinnamon-rolls/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">rulourilor cu scortisoara</a> sau a <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/prajitura-cu-mere-gris-si-lapte-praf/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">prajituri cu mere si gris</a>. Iar de acum, cu siguranta si aceste gogosi isi vor face loc printre deliciile de sezon preferate. Sper sa fie si pe  gustul tau! </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce fel de cidru de mere folosim pentru aceste gogosi la cuptor?</h2>



<p>Pentru reteta de gogosi la cuptor cu cidru de mere nu folosim, de fapt, cidru de mere, ci<strong> suc de mere</strong>. Recunosc, si eu am fost tentata prima data sa folosesc cidrul de mere pe care il stim cu totii, cel cu alcool (de la branduri precum <em>Strongbow</em>). Dar din cat m-am documentat, acela nu este bun pentru reteta noastra. De ce? In primul rand, are alcool, care se mai evapora la fiert, dar tot mai ramane. </p>



<p>Dar poate cel mai important aspect e legat de <strong>consistenta</strong>. Cidrul de mere clasic, asa cum se face in afara, e mai vascos, asemanator unui suc natural de mere. Asa ca suc de mere am si folosit! E important insa sa alegi unul <strong>natural</strong>, obtinut prin presarea merelor, fara adaos de zahar sau alte chestii. Le recomand pe cele de la <em>Drag de Romania</em>, <em>Ana Are</em>, <em>Artesana </em>sau chiar <em>Solevita</em>, cel pe care il gasesti la frigider la Lidl. Vrem sa fie din acela mai opac, ca un nectar, nu transparent. </p>



<p>Pentru ca in majoritatea retetelor de astfel de gogosi cerinta era sa lasi la fiert cidrul de mere, am pastrat si eu acest pas. Apa din el se va mai evapora, devenind un pic mai gros, si de asemenea, si aromele vor fi mai puternice. Facem, practic, un fel de reductie. Lasa sa fiarba cat sa se injumatateasca cantitatea initiala &#8211; eu am folosit in final in compozitie aprox. 200 ml de suc. Optional, poti condimenta sucul cat sta la fiert cu batoane de scortisoara, diferite alte condimente si felii de portocala. Nu uita sa il strecori inainte de a-l pune in compozitia de gogosi. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ai nevoie de o tava pentru gogosi la cuptor?</h2>



<p>Exista tavi speciale pentru a coace gogosile la cuptor, asemanatoare cu tavile pentru briose. Desigur, pentru a obtine rezultate asa cum vezi in fotografii, e bine sa ai o astfel de tava pentru gogosi. De obicei, aceste tavi au 6 sau 12 cavitati &#8211; eu am una de la <a href="https://www.cofetarulistet.ro/carucioare-tavi-forme-rame-folii-coacere/forme-tavite-metal-coacere/tava-6-cavitati-forme-donuts-gogosi-o-7-5-x-h-2-3-cm-otel-antiaderent-0070036.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Decora </a>de care sunt foarte multumita. Dar daca nu ai o astfel de tava, nu inseamna ca nu poti pregati reteta!  Poti adapta usor reteta pentru o <strong>tava clasica pentru briose</strong>. Ar trebui sa mai maresti putin timpul de coacere la cel putin 15 minute (dar verifica intotdeauna cu o scobitoare daca gogosile s-au copt). </p>



<p>Cu ingredientele de mai jos, vei obtine 20 de gogosi pufoase la cuptor, dar va trebui sa le coci in mai multe serii, in functie de dimensiunea tavii pe care o ai la dispozitie.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Sfaturi pentru cele mai bune gogosi coapte</h2>



<p><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f7e1.png" alt="🟡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Nu folosi ingrediente fierbinti</strong>. Ai grija ca atat untul topit, cat si sucul de mere sa fie caldute, nu fierbinti, ideal la temperatura camerei. Altfel, oul din compozitie se va coace si va rezulta o textura dubiosica. </p>



<p><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f7e1.png" alt="🟡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Foloseste si zahar tos, si zahar brun. </strong>Fiecare are rolul sau, iar cel din urma da o aroma aparte. </p>

Sau, un truc pe care il folosesc des este sa amestec smantana lichida cu putina zeama de lamaie pana obtin o consistenta asemanatoare laptelui batut. </p>



<p><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f7e1.png" alt="🟡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Nu amesteca prea mult aluatul.</strong> Dupa adaugarea fainii, amesteca doar cat sa o incoporezi, altfel s-ar putea ca gogosile sa fie tari si nu le fel de pufoase. </p>

<p><strong><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f7e1.png" alt="🟡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></strong> <strong>Foloseste un pos </strong>pentru a turna compozitia in forme si umple-le doar pe jumatate.</p>

In aluat, eu am folosit scortisoara, nucsoara si cardamom, dar poti renunta la unele sau din contra, poti adauga, in functie de preferinte. De asemenea, poti folosi si <strong><a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/condimente-pumpkin-spice-pentru-cafea-si-prajituri/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">amestec de condimente Pumpkin Spice</a>.</strong> </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram gogosile la cuptor cu cidru de mere?</h2>



<p>Gogosile sunt absolut minunate cand sunt <strong>proaspete si calde</strong>. Le poti pastra la frigider sau la temperatura camerei timp de <strong>2-3 zile</strong> si pot fi reincalzite la cuptorul cu microunde.</p>

<p>Cine spune ca trebuie sa astepti pana la Craciun sau pana la Paste pentru a manca un cozonac delicios? Teoria mea referitoare la consumul de babka e asa: Craciunul e iarna, Pastele e primavara, deci doua sezoane le avem asigurate. Vara-i prea cald pentru a da drumul la cuptor&#8230; dar cu toamna ce facem? Nu merita si ea un cozonacel pe masura? Aceasta <strong>babka umpluta cu ciocolata si alune de padure</strong> este perfecta pentru toamna, deoarece are in compozitia aluatului si <strong>dovleac</strong>. Si bineinteles, nu-i lipsesc nici <strong>mirodeniile de sezon</strong>, precum scortisoara si <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/condimente-pumpkin-spice-pentru-cafea-si-prajituri/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">amestecul de condimente pumpkin spice</a>. Si pentru un plus de aroma, dar si o textura mai umeda, scaldam babka intr-un sirop cu aroma tomnatica, pe baza de <strong>sirop de artar</strong>. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este babka?</h2>



<p>Babka este o paine traditionala evreiasca, originara din <strong>Polonia </strong>si <strong>Ucraina</strong>.&nbsp;Este&nbsp;facuta dintr-un aluat&nbsp;moale, ca de cozonac (<em>brioche</em>), ce contine printre altele, drojdie, unt si oua. Dupa ce aluatul este umplut, se rasuceste asemenea <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/rulouri-cu-scortisoara-banane-si-nuci-cinnamon-rolls/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">rulourilor cu scortisoara</a>, apoi se despica si se impleteste. </p>



<p>Totusi, in mod traditional,&nbsp;babka are forma rotunda (ca un guguluf sau ca un panettone), nu contine umplutura, ci doar o glazura cat mai festiva. Italienii, in schimb, preluand reteta si numind-o&nbsp;<em>treccia russa</em>&nbsp;(=impletitura ruseasca), i-au dat forma specifica de cozonac impletit si au adaugat umplutura cu alune de padure, ciocolata sau scortisoara.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce contine aceasta babka cu ciocolata si dovleac?</h2>

<p>In primul rand, ingredientul cheie pentru aluat este drojdia. Vom pregati initial o maia pentru a avea o babka cat mai pufoasa. Piureul de dovleac contribuie atat la textura umeda, cat si la culoarea superba a cozonacului. Daca nu esti totusi fan retete cu dovleac, sunt sanse mari ca aceasta babka sa fie totusi pe gustul tau, deoarece gustul este extrem de subtil. In schimb, aroma condimentelor este sesizabila. Scortisoara e obligatorie, iar eu am mai adaugat si amestec de condimente pentru placinta cu dovleac (<a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/condimente-pumpkin-spice-pentru-cafea-si-prajituri/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">reteta e blog</a>). Daca nu vrei sa prepari acest amestec, adauga in aluat nucsoara, ienibahar si/sau ghimbir.</p>



<p>Pentru a face<strong> piureul de dovleac</strong>, eu pun la cuptor timp de 1 ora dovleac placintar, apoi il dau prin blender. Fac asta la inceputul toamnei si il pun la congelator, avand astfel piure de dovleac la indemana oricand am nevoie. </p>

<p>Nu stiu tie, dar mie imi place ca un cozonac sa fie plin de umplutura. Si asa e si aceasta babka, cred ca raportul dintre aluat si umplutura este foarte echilibrat. Umplutura se face usor si rapid, amestecand untul topit cu zahar, ciocolata (neagra sau cu lapte), cacao si alune de padure tocate. </p>

<p>Pentru o textura si mai umeda, dupa ce am scos babka din cuptor, o vom insiropa cu un sirop delicios, cu aroma de toamna. Pentru ca siropul de artar este totusi o consistenta destul de vascoasa, il vom amesteca cu putina apa si zahar, dand in clocot. Optional, poti adauga si alcool, precum whiskey sau coniac. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Aluat cu crestere lenta</h2>



<p>Reteta de cozonac babka cu ciocolata si dovleac este destul de simpla, dar necesita putina rabdare pentru a lasa aluatul sa creasca frumos. Avand ingrediente grase (oua, unt), dar si piure de dovleac, trebuie sa dam suficient timp aluatului sa creasca, astfel incat sa obtinem o textura frumoasa dupa coacere. Dupa ce l-ai framantat, acopera bolul cu folie alimentara si un prosop cald si da-l la frigider <strong>pentru 4-6 ore sau chiar peste noapte</strong>. Nu numai ca aceasta crestere lenta permite aluatului sa dezvolte aroma, dar face si mai usoara intinderea si modelarea lui. </p>



<p>In ceea ce priveste coacerea, culoarea poate fi destul de inselatoare. Eu am lasat la cuptor <strong>30 de minute</strong>, dar cel mai sigur e sa verifici temperatura din interiorul cozonacului cu ajutorul unui <a href="https://www.frigotehnie.ro/termometre/883-termometru-digital-wt1-2010000016657.html?search_query=termometru&amp;results=30" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">termometru special</a>. Acesta trebuie sa indice <strong>85°C</strong>. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram babka cu ciocolata si dovleac?</h2>



<p>Siropul ajuta babka sa ramana proaspata putin mai mult decat alte tipuri de paine. Ideal este sa o consumi in <strong>4 zile</strong>. Pentru a nu se usca, e bine sa o pastrezi intr-un <strong>recipient inchis ermetic, la temperatura camerei</strong>.  </p>



<p>De asemenea, babka poate fi si congelata. Dupa ce se raceste complet, infasoara cozonacul in folie alimentara si pune-l intr-o punga cu zip sau in folie de staniol. Poate fi pastrat in congelator pana la <strong>2-3 luni</strong>. Lasa la dezghetat la temperatura camerei cu cateva ore inainte de servire. </p>



<p>Daca vrei sa o servesti calda, pune babka la cuptor la 90°C timp de 10 minute. </p>

<p>Placinta cu dovleac este, fara indoiala, unul dintre cele mai bune deserturi de toamna. Cu o crusta frageda si o umplutura fina din piure de dovleac si lapte condensat, aceasta tarta este extrem de usor de facut si va satisface chiar si cele mai pretentioase gusturi. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Crusta pentru placinta</h2>



<p>Se face repede si necesita doar <strong>3 ingrediente principale</strong>: faina, unt, galbenus de ou. Daca vrei o varianta mai sanatoasa si mai putin dulce, poti renunta la zaharul pudra. Trebuie doar sa le amesteci pe toate si sa lasi la frigider minimum 30 de minute si gata, ce a fost mai greu ai facut. Desigur, daca esti in criza de timp sau pur si simplu, nu vrei sa te complici, poti folosi si<strong> aluat congelat</strong> pentru tarte pe care il gasesti in toate supermarketurile. </p>



<p>In cazul acestei placinte, nu este nevoie sa coci in prealabil crusta inainte de turna umplutura. De asemenea, pentru a evita arderea marginilor, acopera-le cu folie de staniol, dar numai dupa ce placinta a stat deja in cuptor 20 de minute. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Umplutura cu dovleac si lapte condensat</h2>



<p>Oh, da, asta e partea cea mai importanta a acestui desert! Aceasta umplutura va face placinta cu adevarat speciala.</p>



<p>Ingredientul-cheie din aceasta reteta de placinta cu dovleac este&nbsp;<strong>laptele condensat</strong>. Acesta are doua roluri: de a oferi umpluturii textura cremoasa si consistenta corecta (nu vrem sa fie curgatoare, nu-i asa?), dar actioneaza si ca indulcitor. Asadar, nu mai nevoie sa adaugi zahar in plus, decat daca chiar iti doresti un desert super-mega-extra dulce. Ai grija sa cumperi <strong>lapte condensat</strong> <strong>indulcit</strong>, la conserva, nu din acela pentru cafea (neindulcit). </p>

<p>Eu folosesc intotdeauna in deserturi <strong>dovleac placintar</strong>. Pentru a face piureul, taiem in doua dovleacul, il curatam de seminte si impartim fiecare jumatate in doua felii. Dam la cuptor la 200°C pentru 40 de minute, pana cand dovleacul e moale. Dupa ce se raceste, curatam coaja si dam prin blender. Eu in fiecare an coc o cantitate mai mare de dovleac, iar piureul il pun in congelator. Asa il am la indemana oricand am nevoie. </p>



<p>Revenind la placinta noastra, aroma dovleacului copt va fi completata de cea a condimentelor de sezon (scortisoara, nucsoara, cuisoare). Impreuna cu laptele condensat, va rezulta o umplutura pur si simplu delicioasa! Amesteca cu mixerul toate ingredientele, toarna compozitia peste crusta si pune-o la cuptor. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum decoram placinta cu dovleac?</h2>



<p>Daca vrei o varianta cat mai simpla, poti decora placinta cu frisca. Foloseste un pos si un dui si realizeaza ce model vrei tu. De asemenea, daca ai noroc de o toamna calduroasa, cred ca placinta merge foarte bine servita si cu o cupa de inghetata de vanilie. </p>



<p>Daca vrei sa iti surprinzi musafirii sau familia cu un decor inedit, poti realiza din aluatul pentru crusta cateva frunzulite. Le poti face fie cu ajutorul unor forme speciale, fie sa le tai liber, cu un cutit bine ascutit. Iti recomand sa le coci separat si sa le pui peste placinta dupa ce aceasta s-a racit. Nu uita sa dai frunzele cu galbenus inainte de a le pune in cuptor, pentru a avea un luciu frumos. </p>

<p>Placinta cu dovleac contine oua in crema pentru umplutura, acesta fiind unul din motivele pentru care trebuie sa o pastram, fara indoiala, in frigider. Dupa ce s-a racit complet, o acoperim cu folie alimentara sau o punem intr-un recipient inchis si o punem la rece. Se consuma in maximum 5 zile. </p>
