Am constatat pe propria piele (sau mai bine zis, stomac), ca daca mananc dimineata un croissant, in cel mult 2 ore deja mi se face din nou foame. Asta se intampla pentru ca este bogat in carbohidrati rafinati, care ofera energie rapida, dar nu tin de foame pentru foarte mult timp.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tocmai de aceea am cautat sa creez o reteta de waffles cu banane si ovaz care sa fie mai hranitoare si mai echilibrata.<strong> Ovazul inlocuieste faina alba si aduce fibre</strong>, care contribuie la senzatia de satietate. Alaturi de oua, transforma aceste vafe fara zahar intr-un mic dejun care iti ofera energie si satietate pentru mai mult timp.</p>

Totusi, indiferent ce alegi, aceste waffles cu banane si ovaz sunt baza perfecta pentru un mic dejun care arata spectaculos si te face sa te ridici din pat cu mai mult entuziasm.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tips &amp; tricks pentru o banana bread perfecta</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ca sa obtii o banana bread pufoasa, aromata si usor „sticky”, sunt cateva detalii mici care fac o diferenta mare. Hai sa vedem!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Foloseste banane foarte coapte.</strong> Cu cat sunt mai coapte (chiar cu pete negre), cu atat banana bread va fi mai dulce si mai aromata. Daca nu sunt suficient de coapte, le poti tine 10–15 minute la cuptor, in coaja, intorcandu-le la jumatatea timpului. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Ingrediente la temperatura camerei.</strong> Ouale si lichidele se vor incorpora mult mai bine, iar compozitia va fi mai omogena. Asta ajuta la o textura mai fina si la o coacere uniforma.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Alege tava potrivita.</strong> Pentru cantitatea aceasta, o forma mica (aprox. 20 cm) este ideala. Daca tava este prea mare, banana bread va iesi prea joasa si se poate usca.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Combinatia de fainuri conteaza.</strong> Amestecul de faina de ovaz si faina integrala ofera echilibru intre textura moale si structura. Ovazul aduce fibre si umiditate, iar faina integrala ajuta la legare. Daca nu ai faina de ovaz, o poti obtine foarte usor macinand fulgi de ovaz sau poti folosi doar faina integrala.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Faina integrala vs faina alba.</strong> Faina integrala este mai nutritiva si mai bogata in fibre, ceea ce face reteta mai satioasa si mai echilibrata. Totusi, daca nu ai la indemana, si faina alba functioneaza &#8211; banana bread va iesi doar putin mai aerata si mai putin densa.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Nu supra-coace.</strong> Unul dintre cele mai frecvente motive pentru care banana bread iese uscata este coacerea excesiva. Scoate-o cand scobitoarea iese usor umeda, nu complet uscata.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Lasa banana bread sa se raceasca.</strong> Chiar daca tentatia e mare, asteapta sa se raceasca complet inainte sa o tai. In acest timp, textura se stabilizeaza, iar feliile se vor taia frumos, fara bataie de cap. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Si acum&#8230; sa vorbim despre servire! Poti servi feliile simple sau, daca vrei ceva mai interesant, sa adaugi diferite toppings. De exemplu, mie imi place sa pun <strong>o lingura de iaurt grecesc,</strong> eventual cu un <strong>strop de miere sau sirop de artar</strong>. Pe langa partea de echilibrare a gustului, combinatia dintre carbohidrati (banana bread) + proteine + putine grasimi (din iaurt) ajuta la un raspuns glicemic mai stabil. Adica, face ca energia să fie eliberata mai lent, evitand astfel spike-urile mari de glicemie urmate de „crash”. Totodata, te vei simti satul(a) pentru mai mult timp. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pe langa iaurt, poti sa mai adaugi putin <strong>unt de arahide, fructe proaspete sau un praf extra de scortisoara</strong>. Poti merge fie pe variante complet fara zahar, fie pe unele echilibrate, in functie de preferinte.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Toamna e anotimpul perfect pentru deserturi cozy, care iti incalzesc sufletul, iar <strong>crumble-ul cu prune si nuci</strong> este o alegere ideala. Acest desert se pregateste foarte usor, iar gustul sau delicios te cucereste instant. Gandeste-te la el ca o imbinare perfecta intre <strong>dulceata naturala a prunelor coapte si zemoase</strong> si <strong>textura crocanta a nucilor</strong>. Iar daca-l servesti fierbinte, alaturi de o cupa de inghetata de vanilie, vei experimenta o combinatie irezistibila intre cald si rece, crocant si cremos.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Prunele si nucile aduc gustul toamnei in farfurie</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nimic nu spune &#8222;toamna&#8221; mai bine decat un crumble cu prune si nuci, aromatizat cu scortisoara. Fiecare lingura e ca o bucatica din acest anotimp – <strong>fructe de sezon, arome calde si o textura care te invita la relaxare. </strong>Acest desert este ideal pentru serile racoroase de toamna, cand vrei sa te rasfeti cu ceva simplu, urmarind serialul preferat sau citind o carte buna. Iar daca adaugi si o cupa de inghetata de vanilie, transformi totul intr-o adevarata experienta culinara.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Prunele </strong>sunt ingredientul principal, aducand savoarea fructata si usor acrisoara, perfecta pentru echilibrarea dulceata aluatului crumble. Alege prune coapte, dar ferme, pentru ca textura sa fie perfecta. Soiurile de prune <em>Stanley </em>sau <em>Bistrita </em>sunt excelente pentru acest desert datorita pulpei lor dense, care nu se descompune complet la copt si pastreaza o consistenta placuta.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Nucile </strong>aduc acel contrast crocant de care orice crumble are nevoie. Eu am folosit pentru compozitia de crumble atat nuci macinate, cat si tocate, pentru mai multa textura. Odata coapte, nucile vor avea o aroma mult mai bogata, iar in combinatie cu prunele va iesi un desert de vis, parfumat cu aroma toamnei. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Crumble – un desert britanic cu traditie</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Crumble-ul este un desert cu o istorie relativ recenta, dar originile sale sunt legate de <strong>perioadele dificile din istoria Marii Britanii</strong>, mai exact din timpul celui de-al Doilea Razboi Mondial. Prima reteta de crumble a aparut in jurul anilor 1940, cand rationalizarea alimentelor si lipsa ingredientelor traditionale, cum ar fi faina si untul, i-au determinat pe britanici sa gaseasca<strong> alternative mai simple si mai economice </strong>pentru deserturile clasice.<br><strong>Placintele</strong>, care erau foarte populare, necesitau o cantitate considerabila de unt, faina si zahar pentru aluat, ingrediente care erau rationalizate. Asa a aparut crumble-ul – <strong>o varianta simplificata de placinta</strong>, cu un strat crocant deasupra fructelor coapte, facut din ingrediente putine, uneori combinate si cu fulgi de ovaz pentru un plus de textura.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">De-a lungul timpului, crumble-ul a capatat diverse variante, dar esenta sa a ramas aceeasi: <strong>fructe coapte si un aluat simplu</strong>, sfaramicios, pe baza de faina, unt si zahar (uneori si ovaz), care devine crocant la copt. Printre cele mai populare retete de crumble se numara cele cu mere, afine (sau alte fructe de padure), prune sau piersici. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum servim si cum pastram crumble-ul cu prune si nuci</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru a savura crumble-ul la adevarata sa valoare, <strong>serveste-l cand e inca fierbinte</strong>, <strong>cu o cupa de inghetata de vanilie</strong>. Contrastul dintre crumble-ul cald si inghetata rece este de vis! Iar daca vrei sa duci experienta la nivelul urmator, poti adauga si un <strong>praf de</strong> <strong>scortisoara </strong>deasupra, <strong>sos de caramel</strong> sau <strong>frisca</strong>. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Crumble-ul se pastreaza foarte bine, mai ales daca vrei sa te bucuri de el si in zilele urmatoare. Iti recomand sa il pastrezi <strong>la frigider</strong>, acoperit cu folie alimentara sau intr-un recipient cu capac. Isi va pastra prospetimea timp de<strong> 3-4 zile</strong>. Cand vrei sa-l servesti din nou, il poti reincalzi usor in cuptor sau la microunde.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca ai facut o cantitate mai mare sau vrei sa-l pastrezi pentru altadata, crumble-ul <strong>se poate congela fara probleme</strong>. Pune-l intr-un recipient potrivit pentru congelator si va rezista bine <strong>pana la 3 luni</strong>. Pentru a-l reincalzi, il poti scoate din congelator si il poti lasa la temperatura camerei cateva ore, apoi il incalzesti la cuptor pentru a reveni la textura crocanta.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nu mai stii ce sa mananci la micul dejun sau te-ai saturat de variantele obisnuite? Iti prezint o reteta ce promite sa devina preferata ta: <strong>terci de ovaz la rece, cu gustul clasic de tiramisu.</strong> E minunat sa iti incepi ziua cu un bol de <strong>porridge cremos</strong>, cu <strong>aroma bogata de cafea si cacao</strong>, completat de <strong>prospetimea iaurtului grecesc</strong>. Este o combinatie de arome care te va face sa te simti ca si cum ai manca un desert decadent la micul dejun, dar fara nicio urma de vinovatie. Chiar ai putea sa te lauzi ca manaci tiramisu la micul dejun, dar intr-o forma mult mai sanatoasa si hranitoare. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ce e minunat la aceasta reteta este faptul ca este servita rece, ceea ce o face ideala pentru zilele calde de vara. Cand temperaturile sunt ridicate, ultimul lucru pe care ti-l doresti este sa stai langa aragaz, amestecand de zor pana cand fulgii de ovaz se umfla in lapte. Terciul de ovaz la rece te racoreste si iti ofera un start revigorant al zilei. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">De ce terci de ovaz la rece?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca nu esti familiarizat cu conceptul de <strong>overnight oats</strong>, lasa-ma sa-ti explic. <strong>Terciul de ovaz la rece</strong> (sau <em>terci de ovaz peste noapte</em>) este un mod simplu si rapid de a te bucura de un mic dejun hranitor fara sa petreci mult timp in bucatarie dimineata. Practic, amesteci ingredientele seara, le lasi la frigider peste noapte, iar dimineata te asteapta un bol delicios si cremos de porridge de ovaz, gata de savurat. Fara sa mai fie nevoie sa amesteci pe aragaz, sa speli cratita cu ovaz lipit&#8230;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Iti va placea reteta de terci de ovaz la rece pentru ca&#8230;</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Este extrem de usor de facut si rapid</strong> &#8211; Amesteca toate ingredientele cu o seara inainte si da la frigider peste noapte.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Ai micul dejun asigurat pentru mai multe zile</strong> &#8211; Poti sa faci o cantitate mai mare de terci si sa o pastrezi la frigider. Dimineata, trebuie doar sa pui cantitatea dorita intr-un bol sau pahar si sa adaugi iaurtul si pudra de cacao. Optional, poti sa incalzesti putin terciul la microunde. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Mic dejun delicios, sanatos si satios</strong> &#8211; Fulgii de ovaz sunt baza acestui mic dejun minunat. Sunt plini de fibre, ceea ce inseamna ca te vor ajuta sa te simti satul pentru o perioada mai lunga de timp, iar fibrele sunt excelente si pentru digestie. De asemenea, ovazul e o sursa buna de proteine si contine vitamine si minerale esentiale, cum ar fi magneziul si fierul. In acelasi timp, iaurtul grecesc adauga si el o cantitate semnificativa de proteine si probiotice, benefice pentru sanatatea sistemului digestiv. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Excelenta gustare vegana</strong> &#8211; foloseste lapte si iaurt vegetal, inlocuieste mierea cu sirop de artar, de agave sau orice alt indulcitor lichid</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1fad8.png" alt="🫘" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Seminte de chia</strong> &#8211; ajuta la legarea porridge-ului de ovaz</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f95b.png" alt="🥛" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Lapte</strong> &#8211; Este perfect orice fel de lapte preferi si consumi de obicei, vegetal sau de origine animala. Poti folosi si apa, dar nu va iesi la fel de cremos. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2615.png" alt="☕" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Espresso/cafea</strong> &#8211; Cafeaua nu doar ca iti ofera un boost de energie, dar adauga si o aroma profunda si bogata care se combina perfect cu restul ingredientelor. Un shot de espresso are o aroma mai puternica, dar poti folosi orice fel de cafea (inclusiv decofeinizata sau instant). </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f36f.png" alt="🍯" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Miere sau sirop de artar</strong> &#8211;  Indulceste si adauga un gust bogat. Orice alt indulcitor lichid (pentru a se dizolva mai usor) este perfect. Insa poti folosi si optiuni de indulcitori precum stevie, xilitol sau eritritol. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f944.png" alt="🥄" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Vanilie </strong>&#8211; Extract sau esenta de vanilie. Este optionala, dar imbogateste aroma terciului.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1fad9.png" alt="🫙" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Iaurt </strong>&#8211; Poti folosi orice fel de iaurt simplu doresti (fara arome), ideal este cel grecesc pentru ca e mai cremos si se aseamana cu branza mascarpone din tiramisu clasic. Eu folosesc de obicei iaurtul grecesc de la Lidl sau cel de la Olympus pentru ca nu mi se par la fel de acre. Apropo de gust, daca preferi ceva mai dulce, poti amesteca iaurtul cu putina miere. De asemenea, poti folosi si alternative vegetale, precum iaurt de cocos, de soia etc. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f36b.png" alt="🍫" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Pudra de cacao</strong> &#8211; Tiramisu nu ar fi tiramisu fara cacao. Aceasta adauga un gust de ciocolata bogat si delicios, dar vine si cu un aport de antioxidanti, care ajuta la reducerea stresului oxidativ din corpul tau.  Este perfecta si pudra de roscove.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram terciul de ovaz?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pastreaza compozitia cu ovaz la frigider, intr-un recipient si consuma in maximum <strong>4 zile</strong>. Iti recomand sa pastrezi separat amestecul de ovaz si iaurtul pana cand servesti micul dejun, deoarece acestea tind sa se amestece in cele din urma daca sunt puse impreuna.</p>

Aceasta prajitura cu piersici ti se topeste in gura, este suculenta, crocanta si super delicioasa! Baza de aluat fraged este invelita cu o umplutura parfumata de piersici zemoase, acoperita de o crusta dulce, sfaramicioasa (<em>crumble</em>) cu ovaz si scortisoara. </p></blockquote>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mirosul de piersici proaspete imi aduce mereu aminte de vara, de zilele calduroase petrecute la malul marii. Asta pentru ca atunci cand eram mica, mama imi dadea mereu sa rontai pe plaja cate o piersica. Daca se mai imbina si cu parfumul cremelor cu SPF, garantat ma teleportez la mare&#8230; \</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Piersicile parfumate si zemoase fac prajiturile super delicioase! <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f351.png" alt="🍑" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aceasta prajitura cu piersici mi se pare un desert potrivit pentru perioada calda din an, cand piersicile sunt in sezon. Acum gasim mult mai usor la piata sau in magazine piersici parfumate, zemoase si cu gust. Iti recomand sa folosesti cele mai bune piersici pe care le gasesti! Pentru umplutura eu am folosit 5 piersici de marime medie, insa conteaza si tava pe care o folosesti. Eu am copt prajitura intr-o <a href="https://carrefour.ro/produse/tava-cuptor-chocoforme-22x28-cm-19-31517543" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">tava de 22&#215;28 cm</a>, iar cantitatile din reteta sunt perfecte pentru aceasta dimensiune de tava. Cu siguranta, pot fi adaptate in functie de ce tava ai la indemana. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Am imbogatit umplutura de piersici cu <strong>note de scortisoara si de cimbru</strong>. Aceasta <strong>planta aromatica</strong> face casa buna cu piersicile, fiind adesea folosita pentru a aromatiza cocktail-uri, ice-tea sau fel de fel de produse de patiserie care contin aceste fructe (galette, tarta etc.). De asemenea, <strong>scortisoara</strong> condimenteaza prajitura, oferindu-i un plus de aroma si, dupa parerea mea, ofera acel sentiment de <em>coziness</em>, de caldura sufleteasca, de <em>biniste</em>. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Imagineaza-ti numai aluatul fraged bogat in unt (care e suuuper usor de facut) acoperit de aceasta umplutura cu piersici delicioasa. E atat de moale si de fina. Si totusi, parca ar merge si ceva un pic mai crunchy, asa-i? Ei bine, pentru a face atat prajitura, cat si experienta gustativa completa, vom acoperi totul cu un strat sfaramicios si crocant. Ovazul, zaharul brun, faina, untul si scortisoara vor crea un <em><strong>streusel</strong></em> (asa se numeste in patiserie) aromat, care echilibreaza textura finala a prajiturii. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Gata, hai sa gustam prajitura cu piersici! Cum o servim? </h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In primul rand, dupa ce s-a racit complet, taiem prajitura in bucati patrate. Apoi, ramane sa te hotarasti cum vrei sa o servesti. Exista atat de multe moduri in care poti savura aceasta prajitura cu piersici!  </p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Este minunata simpla, direct de la frigider sau usor incalzita si decorata cu cateva frunze de cimbru proaspat si zahar pudra. </li><li>Poate fi servita alaturi de o cupa de inghetata de vanilie (ahh, combinatia perfecta pentru a racori zilele de vara!). </li><li>O poti &#8222;stropi&#8221; cu o glazura facuta din 120 g zahar pudra, 4-5 linguri de lapte sau frisca lichida si 1 lingurita de esenta de vanilie sau migdale.</li></ul>
