<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In weekend, imi place sa servesc ceva mai diferit, si, cum sunt din echipa <em>mic dejun dulce</em>, caut mereu solutii cat mai sanatoase, care sa fie deopotriva gustoase, dar si satioase. Am constatat pe propria piele (sau mai bine zis, stomac), ca daca mananc dimineata un croissant, in cel mult 2 ore deja mi se face din nou foame. Asta se intampla pentru ca este bogat in carbohidrati rafinati, care ofera energie rapida, dar nu tin de foame pentru foarte mult timp.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tocmai de aceea am cautat sa creez o reteta de waffles cu banane si ovaz care sa fie mai hranitoare si mai echilibrata.<strong> Ovazul inlocuieste faina alba si aduce fibre</strong>, care contribuie la senzatia de satietate. Alaturi de oua, transforma aceste vafe fara zahar intr-un mic dejun care iti ofera energie si satietate pentru mai mult timp.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Banana are un dublu rol: indulceste natural </strong>compozitia, eliminand nevoia de zahar adaugat, dar <strong>contribuie si la textura moale si pufoasa</strong> a waffles-urilor. Cu cat bananele sunt mai coapte, cu atat rezultatul va fi mai aromat si mai dulce.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In locul untului am ales <strong>uleiul de cocos</strong>, care se integreaza foarte bine in aluat si ajuta la obtinerea unor waffles fragede la interior si frumos rumenite la exterior. In plus, aroma sa discreta se potriveste perfect cu banana si scortisoara.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Toate aceste alegeri fac din aceste waffles cu banane o varianta mai nutritiva decat reteta clasica, fara sa sacrifici nimic din gustul care face un mic dejun de weekend atat de placut.</p>

Totusi, indiferent ce alegi, aceste waffles cu banane si ovaz sunt baza perfecta pentru un mic dejun care arata spectaculos si te face sa te ridici din pat cu mai mult entuziasm.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum se pastreaza aceste vafe cu banane</h2>
