<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca iti plac deserturile fine, elegante si aromate delicat, atunci acest tort cu piscoturi si crema de mascarpone are toate sansele sa devina unul dintre preferatele tale. Este un tortulet pur si simplu de vis, primavaratic, care arata spectaculos, dar care surprinde placut si la gust. Are asa: </p>

La fel, in loc de coulis de afine, poti folosi <strong>dulceata de afine,</strong> pentru culoare si aroma. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este tortul Charlotte sau tortul Sarlota?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cunoscut si sub numele de <strong>tort Charlotte</strong> sau <strong>tort Sarlota</strong>, acest desert are o istorie la fel de frumoasa precum aspectul sau elegant, cu margini imbracate in piscoturi. Primele variante au aparut in <strong>Anglia secolului al XVIII-lea</strong>, sub forma unui <strong>desert simplu si cald</strong>, in care o forma rotunda era captusita cu paine sau biscuiti si umpluta cu mere gatite cu zahar si unt. Se spune ca desertul a fost numit in onoarea <strong>Reginei Charlotte</strong>, sotia regelui George al III-lea, cunoscuta pentru interesul sau pentru agricultura si pentru livezile de meri din Marea Britanie.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mai tarziu, <strong>francezii </strong>au dus reteta intr-o cu totul alta directie. Celebrul chef <strong>Marie-Antoine Careme</strong>, una dintre figurile emblematice ale gastronomiei franceze, a transformat desertul rustic intr-o <strong>creatie sofisticata, rece si aerata</strong>. In locul painii, a folosit piscoturi, iar umplutura a devenit o crema fina, lejera, servita rece &#8211; o versiune care avea sa cucereasca rapid mesele elegante ale Europei si sa dea nastere celebrului Charlotte russe.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Reinterpretarile moderne au adus, insa, retete mai accesibile si mai usor de pregatit acasa. Varianta aceasta este una adaptata, mai simpla, cu o<strong> crema pe baza de mascarpone,</strong> usoara si fina, completata de afine si crema de lamaie. Rezultatul este un tort cu piscoturi si crema de mascarpone rafinat, dar prietenos cu oricine vrea sa pregateasca un desert wow, fara tehnici complicate.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Siropul de liliac</strong> este acel mic detaliu care transforma desertul intr-o experienta aparte. <strong>Aroma lui este foarte discreta, fina si delicat florala.</strong> Nu acopera restul gusturilor, ci doar adauga o nota eleganta si surprinzatoare.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Vestea buna este ca siropul <strong>se face foarte usor</strong>. Singurele lucruri de care trebuie sa tii cont sunt: 1. trebuie sa faci rost de flori de liliac si 2. sa pregatesti siropul cu o seara inainte de a face tortul, pentru a avea suficient timp sa se infuzeze corespunzator si sa capete acea aroma delicata, specifica primaverii.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Un alt avantaj este ca <strong>vei obtine o cantitate mai mare de sirop</strong> decat ai nevoie pentru tort, dar partea frumoasa este ca nimic nu se pierde. Poti pastra restul la frigider si <strong>il poti transforma foarte usor intr-o bautura delicioasa si racoritoare</strong>, cu un parfum subtil floral si un aer elegant, perfect pentru zilele calde. Este suficient sa amesteci siropul cu apa rece sau apa minerala, iar in cateva secunde ai un mocktail simplu, fresh si cu un autentic iz primavaratic.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desigur, daca vrei sa simplifici reteta, poti renunta la acest pas si poti insiropa piscoturile cu <strong>sirop de lamaie</strong> (gasesti reteta la finalul retetei, in sectiunea de <em>Completari</em>). Tortul va iesi in continuare delicios. Dar daca alegi varianta cu liliac, vei obtine acel ceva aparte, memorabil, care face desertul sa iasa din tipare.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ca sa iti iasa perfect, sunt cateva lucruri mici care fac diferenta si care te ajuta sa obtii un tort cu piscoturi si crema de mascarpone fin, stabil si frumos definit la taiere.</p>

In felul acesta, crema finala ramane catifelata, usoara si fina, nu grea sau prea densa.</p> </li><li class="schema-how-to-step" id="how-to-step-1777540618712"><strong class="schema-how-to-step-name">Strecoara coulis / dulceata de afine. </strong> <p class="schema-how-to-step-text">Fie ca folosesti coulis de afine, dar si daca folosesti dulceata de afine, recomand sa strecori prin sita pentru a obtine crema fina si omogena, cu o culoare uniforma, delicata.</p> </li><li class="schema-how-to-step" id="how-to-step-1777540700826"><strong class="schema-how-to-step-name">Raceste crema de lamaie.</strong> <p class="schema-how-to-step-text">Crema de lamaie trebuie lasata sa se raceasca complet inainte de asamblare, astfel incat sa ramana frumos definita in sectiune si sa nu se amestece cu stratul de mascarpone.</p> </li><li class="schema-how-to-step" id="how-to-step-1777540857068"><strong class="schema-how-to-step-name">Lasa la rece. </strong> <p class="schema-how-to-step-text">Foarte important, nu sari peste pasul de a lasa tortul la rece suficient timp inainte de a-l taia. Ideal este sa stea peste noapte la frigider. In timpul acesta, cremele se aseaza, piscoturile se fragezesc usor, aromele se combina perfect, iar la taiere vei obtine felii curate, frumoase si bine conturate.</p> </li></ol></div>

Incearca un <strong>tort de Halloween in forma de lumanare</strong>, cu <strong>blat red velvet, ganache catifelat de ciocolata si piper roz</strong> si un efect wow garantat, dat de drippingul de ciocolata ce curge precum ceara topita. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desi arata spectaculos, acest tort de ciocolata pentru Halloween nu e complicat deloc. Fiecare mini tort (sau <em>candle cake</em>, cum l-am mai gasit in diferite retete) este format din <strong>blaturi pufoase red velvet</strong>, umplute si imbracate intr-un <strong>ganache fin de ciocolata neagra cu piper roz</strong> <strong>si cardamom</strong>. <strong>Drippingul de ciocolata cu lapte</strong>, turnat pe margini, creeaza efectul acela de ceara topita, iar o simpla lumanare infipta in centru transforma fiecare tort intr-o decoratiune comestibila de Halloween.</p>

Din combinatia acestor doua lumi &#8211; cea a luminii si a umbrelor &#8211; a aparut ideea acestui <strong>tort in forma de lumanare</strong>, care imbina simbolismul flacarii cu un gust bogat si aromat de ciocolata.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ti-am mai spus, daca e sa aleg intre un desert cu ciocolata si unul cu arome mai vanilate, voi alege intotdeauna a doua varianta. Insa, atunci cand combin ciocolata cu piper roz si un praf fin de cardamom, se intampla ceva cu adevarat magic, care ma prinde parca si pe mine in vraja.<strong> Piperul roz</strong> aduce o nota florala, calda si usor picanta, care se potriveste perfect cu <strong>ciocolata neagra</strong>, iar <strong>cardamomul </strong>intensifica aromele si da profunzime desertului. Este genul acela de combinatie care te surprinde la prima lingurita si te cucereste definitiv la a doua.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Acest combo gusturi este perfect pentru Halloween, fiind misterios, usor neasteptat, exact ca o poveste veche spusa la lumina unei lumanari.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tips &amp; Tricks pentru succesul retetei de tort de Halloween in forma de lumanare</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f4a1.png" alt="💡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Pudra de cacao pentru blatul red velvet:</strong> Iti recomand sa alegi <strong>cacao naturala</strong>, nu cea alcalinizata (cunoscuta si ca <em>Dutch process cocoa</em>). Cea naturala are un pH mai acid si o aroma mai intensa, ceea ce ajuta la pastrarea culorii rosii si la cresterea frumoasa a blatului atunci cand reactioneaza cu bicarbonatul de sodiu. In schimb, pudra de cacao alcalinizata este mai inchisa la culoare, are gust mai bland si neutralizeaza aciditatea din compozitie, ceea ce duce la o nuanta maronie. 10 g de cacao naturala sunt suficiente pentru aroma perfecta, fara sa afecteze culoarea.<br><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f4a1.png" alt="💡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Colorantul:</strong> Ideal ar fi sa folosesti colorant alimentar gel, deoarece concentratia sa permite doza mai mica. Daca folosesti colorant pudra, dizolva-l in putin lichid inainte de a-l adauga in compozitie. Pentru cea mai intensa nuanta, le poti combina.<br><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f4a1.png" alt="💡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Ganache-ul:</strong> Pastreaza raportul corect intre ciocolata si frisca (aproximativ 400 g ciocolata neagra la 230 ml frisca). Daca folosesti ciocolata cu peste 70% cacao, mai adauga 20–30 ml frisca. Ai grija sa nu bati foarte mult cu mixerul ganacheul pentru ca se poate taia. <br><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f4a1.png" alt="💡" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Asamblarea:</strong> Ca sa obtii un aspect autentic de lumanare, netezeste bine marginile si fa drippingul sa curga natural. Lumanarea trebuie infipta in centru, cu baza lipita de tort, ca sa nu se vada capatul.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Un tort cu nuca poate parea un clasic, dar te asigur ca acest <strong>tort cu nuca, ciocolata si jeleu de prune</strong> este orice altceva decat obisnuit. L-am pregatit pentru ziua bunicii si a fost un real succes printre invitati. E genul acela de desert care dispare de pe masa inainte sa apuci sa il fotografiezi din toate unghiurile. Gust intens, textura fina, arome calde de toamna… e pur si simplu imposibil sa nu te indragostesti de el!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Acest tort cu nuca este mai mult decat un simplu desert, e o adevarata calatorie prin aromele bogate ale toamnei, o felie plina de caldura si confort. Totul incepe cu <strong>blaturile pufoase cu nuca prajita</strong>, care raspandesc un parfum nostalgic si usor caramelizat, amintind de prajiturile facute de bunici in zilele racoroase. Nuca este coapta usor inainte de a fi adaugata in compozitie, pentru a-i intensifica aroma si a oferi acel gust inconfundabil, atat de specific deserturilor de sezon.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Urmeaza doua straturi generoase de <strong>mousse fin de ciocolata</strong>, aromat discret cu scortisoara, care aduce profunzime si echilibru. Textura catifelata si gustul echilibrat, nici prea dulce, nici prea dens, completeaza perfect blaturile moi, dar ferme. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Apoi, <strong>jeleul de prune dulce-acrisor</strong> devine elementul-surpriza: fructat, aromatizat cu scortisoara si anason, si atat de potrivit alaturi de ciocolata si nuca. Este acea nota vibranta care transforma tortul intr-un desert cu adevarat memorabil.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Iar la final, totul este invaluit intr-un <strong>ganache batut de ciocolata</strong>, fin si aerat, care adauga un strat elegant. Pe langa aspectul rafinat, ganache-ul pastreaza aromele proaspete si gustul intens de ciocolata pana in ultima felie. Rezultatul? Un tort cu nuca si ciocolata echilibrat, plin de personalitate, perfect pentru o zi speciala sau o masa festiva de toamna.</p>

Eu folosesc unul<a href="https://cakemasters.ro/tavi-i-forme-pentru-copt/5367-inel-fix-inox-o-18cm-h15cm-18881388.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> cu diametrul de 18 cm si inaltimea de 15 cm</a>. De asemenea, vei avea nevoie si de <a href="https://cakemasters.ro/categorii/8093-rola-folie-acetat-15cm-x-25m-18883352.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>folie de acetat</strong></a>. Folia are rolul de a preveni lipirea straturilor de blat si de crema de peretii inelului.</p>

Poti chiar sa-l congelezi putin ca sa il manevrezi mai usor.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Este un tort cu gust floral, fructat si echilibrat, in care totul se imbina armonios. L-am creat cu drag pentru <strong>ziua mamei mele</strong>, care si-a dorit un tort cu zmeura, ciocolata alba si o nota subtila de lavanda. Si a fost atat de incantata, incat am stiut imediat ca trebuie sa impart reteta si cu tine.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Pentru ce ocazii e potrivit acest tort cu zmeura, cioco si lavanda?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tortul acesta este potrivit pentru <strong>orice moment in care vrei sa oferi ceva cu adevarat special.</strong> Il poti pregati pentru o aniversare draga, asa cum am facut eu pentru mama mea.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">E genul de tort care impresioneaza la prima vedere si cucereste la prima lingurita, asa ca se potriveste perfect pentru evenimente rafinate, petreceri de vara, botezuri, nunti in aer liber sau chiar ca tort de Paste, daca il accesorizezi cu decoruri festive. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dar sa stii ca merge de minune si intr-o duminica linistita, cand ai pofta de ceva bun si parfumat. Lavanda ii da un aer poetic si il scoate din zona deserturilor obisnuite, ceea ce-l face ideal pentru ocazii in care vrei sa spui „te iubesc”, „multumesc” sau pur si simplu „hai sa ne bucuram de clipa asta impreuna”.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lavanda in deserturi &#8211; secretul unui gust delicat si memorabil</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Lavanda</strong> nu este doar pentru ceai sau parfumarea casei. Folosita corect, in cantitati mici, poate transforma o prajitura obisnuita intr-un desert rafinat, cu un aer usor romantic si deosebit. In acest tort, o regasesti discret in siropul pentru blaturi, dar si in mousse-ul de ciocolata alba si in confitul de zmeura.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Combinatia dintre <strong>zmeura, ciocolata alba si lavanda</strong> este una din cele mai inspirate: ciocolata aduce cremozitate si dulceata, zmeura echilibreaza cu aciditatea ei vibranta, iar lavanda le leaga pe toate cu un parfum floral subtil, care nu acapareaza, ci accentueaza.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tips &amp; tricks pentru un tort reusit</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Foloseste lavanda alimentara</strong> &#8211; adica flori uscate destinate consumului. Nu folosi lavanda pentru uz cosmetic sau decorativ.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Dozeaza cu grija</strong> &#8211; lavanda e intensa. Prea multa si desertul poate avea gust de sapun. O jumatate de lingurita (sau chiar mai putin) infuzata in sirop sau in piureul de zmeura e suficienta. De asemenea, pentru a potenta aroma, piseaza lavanda intr-un mojar inainte de a o adauga in reteta. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Infuzeaza, nu fierbe</strong> &#8211; in siropul de lavanda si in mousse-ul de ciocolata alba, adauga florile la final, dupa ce ai stins focul, si lasa-le sa infuzeze maximum 10-15 minute, apoi strecoara. Daca lasi mai mult, va capata un gust amar. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Blaturi pufoase, fara batai de cap</strong> &#8211; nu e nevoie sa separi ouale pentru a obtine un pandispan aerat. Tot ce trebuie e rabdare: bate ouale intregi cu zaharul timp de cateva minute bune, pana cand amestecul devine foarte deschis la culoare si cremos, iar volumul se tripleaza. Acesta e secretul unui blat usor si aerat.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Foloseste un inel pentru tort</strong> &#8211; Il vom folosi pentru a taia si apoi pentru a stivui blaturile de tort. Foloseste unul cat mai inalt &#8211; eu am un <a href="https://cakemasters.ro/tavi-i-forme-pentru-copt/5367-inel-fix-inox-o-18cm-h15cm-18881388.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">inel cu diametrul de 18 cm si inaltimea de 15 cm</a>. De asemenea, vei avea nevoie si de <a href="https://cakemasters.ro/categorii/8093-rola-folie-acetat-15cm-x-25m-18883352.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>folie de acetat</strong></a>. Folia are rolul de a preveni lipirea straturilor de blat si de crema de peretii inelului.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dupa coacere, blaturile vor fi taiate cu acel inel, de aceea ele trebuie sa aiba un diametru mai mare decat inelul. Eu am folosit 3 tavi de tort de 22 cm,</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Pentru mousse-uri catifelate</strong>, ai grija ca amestecul in care adaugi gelatina sa fie cald, dar nu fierbinte. Iar frisca trebuie batuta lejer, nu tare, ca sa se incorporeze frumos.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Zmeura proaspata</strong>, taiata in jumatati si pusa pe marginea tortului, aduce un efect vizual spectaculos, dar si un contrast de textura.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Confitul de zmeura cu lavanda</strong> poate fi facut in avans si tine bine la frigider 4-5 zile. Ajuta la un plus de aroma si creeaza acele insertii minunate in stratul de mousse.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Decor floral din crema de unt</strong> &#8211; pentru decor, am folosit o crema de unt in nuante pastelate, din care am modelat flori cu ajutorul unor duiuri speciale pentru decorat torturi. Le am pe acestea dintr-un set, nu au numar, dar poti cauta mai multe info pe Youtube sau Pinterest. Florile adauga un aer romantic si elegant tortului si transforma fiecare felie intr-o mica opera de arta comestibila. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum se pastreaza tortul?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tortul se pastreaza <strong>la frigider</strong> <strong>intr-o cutie de tort</strong>, pentru a nu prelua alte mirosuri si pentru a preveni uscarea. Rezista perfect<strong> 3-4 zile</strong>, iar aromele devin chiar mai armonioase dupa prima zi. Scoate-l din frigider cu 15-20 de minute inainte de servire, pentru ca aromele sa fie cat mai pronuntate.</p>

Un <strong>cheesecake Bounty cu cocos si ciocolata</strong> &#8211; fara coacere, super aromat si atat de usor de facut incat iti vine sa-l repeti din nou si din nou. Daca iti plac deserturile cu cocos si ciocolata, daca ai pofta de ceva fresh, dar care sa arate spectaculos si sa aduca aminte de celebra <strong>ciocolata Bounty</strong>, atunci ai ajuns exact unde trebuie. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cheesecake-ul asta e cremos, catifelat, are o crusta crocanta cu biscuiti cu cacao si un strat lucios de ganache de ciocolata, totul intr-un desert care poate inlocui cu succes orice tort festiv, dar care merge de minune si intr-o zi obisnuita, de rasfat.</p>

Fara coacere, fara prea mult efort, doar ingrediente simple si rezultate spectaculoase.</p>

Macinati fin si amestecati cu unt topit, vor forma o baza crocanta si delicioasa care contrasteaza perfect cu crema fina.</p>

Poti, folosi, de asemenea, si crema de cocos. In ceea ce priveste crema de branza, eu folosesc de fiecare data fie Philadelphia, fie Hochland. Adaugam si un strop de lapte condensat pentru dulceata si aroma deosebita, dar si si fulgi fini de cocos, care dar gust si textura. Gelatina este esentiala in cheesecake-urile fara coacere pentru a oferi stabilitate si fermitate cremei, ajutand desertul sa-si pastreze forma frumoasa la taiere. In plus, folosita corect, gelatina nu afecteaza textura finala &#8211; cheesecake-ul ramane cremos si catifelat.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Ganache de ciocolata echilibrat</strong> <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f449.png" alt="👉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Pentru un strat fin, dar ferm de ciocolata, foloseste o combinatie de ciocolata neagra si cu lapte, iar smantana lichida (minimum 30% grasime) trebuie incalzita bine, fara sa fiarba. Dupa ce torni ganache-ul peste cheesecake-ul deja intarit, lasa totul la frigider cateva ore pentru un strat lucios si stabil.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Poti pastra cheesecake-ul la frigider, acoperit, timp de <strong>3-4 zile</strong>. Se feliaza cel mai bine dupa ce a stat minim 6 ore la rece (ideal, peste noapte). Daca vrei sa il transporti sau sa il pregatesti pentru un eveniment, poti turna ganache-ul cu o zi inainte, iar decorul (fulgi de cocos, bucati de Bounty sau ciocolata rasa) sa il adaugi in ziua servirii. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nu e <strong>recomandat sa congelezi cheesecake-ul Bounty cu cocos</strong>, mai ales din cauza texturii sensibile a cremei.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca visezi la vacante tropicale, plaje insorite si cocktailuri savuroase, acest <strong>tort cu ananas si cocos</strong> e exact ce ai nevoie pentru a-ti satisface pofta. De dulce, cel putin. Un desert de vara cu arome exotice, usor, racoritor si plin de personalitate. Combinatia dintre <strong>blaturile pufoase cu cocos</strong>, <strong>crema fina de ananas</strong>, <strong>confit-ul acrisor de cirese cu menta</strong> si <strong>glazura lejera cu aroma de cocos</strong> aduce aminte de faimosul cocktail pina colada, dar intr-o forma de tort de casa, facut cu drag si ingrediente alese.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Eu l-am pregatit pentru ziua tatalui meu, care, ca si mine, adora deserturile cu note fresh. Iar mai nou, e mare fan a tot ce inseamna ananas. Asa ca am vrut sa creez un tort special, de vara, care sa imbine gusturile noastre si sa fie in acelasi timp elegant, dar lejer. Rezultatul? Un tort tropical, parfumat si echilibrat, cu straturi care se completeaza perfect si care aduce bucurie in orice anotimp, dar mai ales cand afara e cald si vrei ceva dulce, dar fresh.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ca sa-ti iasa perfect din prima, am adunat cateva sfaturi utile:</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Crema de cocos vs. lapte de cocos &#8211; stii diferenta?</h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Crema de cocos este preferata in blaturi in locul laptelui de cocos pentru ca are o textura mai densa si un continut mai ridicat de grasime, ceea ce duce la un blat mai fraged si mai pufos. In plus, aduce o aroma de cocos mai intensa si autentica, fara sa fie nevoie de arome artificiale. Fiind mai concentrata, contribuie si la o structura mai stabila a blatului, importanta mai ales atunci cand urmeaza sa adaugi straturi de crema sau fructe. Laptele de cocos, fiind mai apos, poate dilua gustul si sa faca blatul prea umed sau instabil, de aceea crema de cocos ramane alegerea ideala pentru un rezultat reusit.</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Crema de cocos</strong> este groasa, densa si concentrata, cu mult mai multa grasime, un procent mai mare de cocos si foarte putina apa (sau chiar deloc). </li>



<li><strong>Laptele de cocos</strong> este mai fluid, cu o consistenta asemanatoare smantanii lichide, si contine apa + pulpa de cocos pasata si filtrata.</li>
</ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Cum obtii ananas zdrobit?</h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La noi nu prea se gaseste <strong><em>crushed pineapple</em></strong> la conserva, dar stai fara grija. Il poti face acasa din <strong>bucati de ananas din compot</strong> si putin suc, pasate grosier cu furculita sau in blender, in pulsuri scurte.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Confitde cirese si rolul lui in reteta</h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cand am gustat crema de ananas, mi-am dat seama ca tortul are nevoie de un element acrisor. Asadar, confitul de cirese e optional, dar eu il recomand cu caldura. Aduga atat gust si prospetime, cat si un contrast frumos de culoare. Ciresele se potrivesc perfect cu ananasul, iar menta le da o nota proaspata si surprinzatoare.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Esentele conteaza&#8230; dar nu sunt un must have</h4>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Poti intensifica aromele cu <strong>putina aroma de ananas sau cocos</strong> in blaturi, crema si in glazura. Nu obisnuiesc sa folosesc arome, in afara de clasicele vanilie, portocale, lamaie si rar, rom. Insa cand vine vorba de cocos si ananas, mi se pare greu sa obtii o aroma cu adevarat pregnanta. De aceea, am folosit o cantitate mica de <a href="https://cakemasters.ro/categorii/18842-aroma-gel-de-cocos-100ml-cakemasters-18883115.html">aroma gel de cocos</a> si de <a href="https://cakemasters.ro/categorii/18858-aroma-gel-de-ananas-100ml-cakemasters-18883131.html">ananas</a>. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca esti in cautarea unui desert care sa imbine nostalgia, pofta de ciocolata si un strop de modern, ai ajuns unde trebuie. Acest <strong>tort de ciocolata si cirese</strong> e genul de reteta pe care merita sa o incerci, fie ca vrei sa sarbatoresti Ziua Copilului, o zi de nastere sau pur si simplu vrei sa aduci bucurie intr-o zi speciala sau obisnuita.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Anul acesta, de 1 iunie, am vrut sa creez ceva care sa bucure atat copilul din mine, cat si gusturile mele de acum. Asa a luat nastere acest tort de ciocolata si cirese, <strong>o reinterpretare a tortului pe care mama mi l-a facut cand eram mica</strong>. Nu mai tinem minte exact daca era cu visine sau cirese, nici ce fel de crema avea, dar imi amintesc perfect bucuria de a-l vedea pe masa. Straturi pufoase de blat cu cacao, frisca dulce si fructe din compot &#8211; asta era baza.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ei bine, am pornit de la aceeasi idee si am adaugat putin din gusturile mele de acum. Am ales sa fac o <strong>crema de ciocolata cu migdale</strong>, catifelata si intensa, iar pentru stratul de fructe am transformat ciresele din compot intr-un <strong>confit parfumat cu piper roz</strong>. Decorul tortului e inspirat si el din torturile anilor &#8217;90, cand nu era la moda buttercream sau alte glazuri, ci clasica si traditionala frisca. Exact cum se facea pe vremuri, cu simplitate si gust autentic.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Arome care spun povesti</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ce imi place cel mai mult la acest tort este ca e o calatorie in timp, dar cu bilet de intoarcere. L-am creat cu gandul la copilarie, dar si cu bucuria gusturilor de azi. Pentru ca unele amintiri merita sa fie reinviate cu un strop de rafinament.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cum iti povesteam si mai sus, cand am implinit vreo 4 sau 5 ani, mama mi-a facut un tort pentru ziua mea. Trebuie sa recunosc ca nu era el cel mai frumos, nu avea cine stie ce combinatii de ingrediente inedite, dar pentru mine era special. Pentru ca era facut de mama. Avea blaturi cu ciocolata, frisca si multe cirese. Sau poate visine. Nici eu, nici ea nu mai stim sigur. Dar tin minte bucuria, nerabdarea, si mai ales gustul acela simplu si bun. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pornind de la acea amintire, am lasat povestea sa curga si am construit un tort mai modern, mai rafinat, pastrandu-i esenta celui din copilarie, cu <strong>blaturi pufoase cu cacao</strong> si <strong>crema catifelata de ciocolata</strong> &#8211; pentru ca, nu-i asa, ce copil nu viseaza la un tort plin de ciocolata? De data asta, i-am adaugat si putina esenta de migdale, pentru o aroma mai bogata. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru un contrast jucaus si modern, am transformat ciresele din compot intr-un <strong>confit cu piper roz</strong>, dulce-acrisor si discret condimentat, care adauga acel ceva special, neasteptat, dar perfect echilibrat. Iar decorul&#8230; exact ca in anii &#8217;90: simplu, cu <strong>frisca vanilata</strong> si fulgi de ciocolata, fara glazuri sofisticate sau buttercream. Doar gust, emotie si o estetica care iti aduce aminte de pozele din albumele copilariei.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Inapoi in anii &#8217;90</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Am crescut in anii &#8217;90, iar torturile de atunci aveau un farmec aparte. Frisca era nelipsita, nu exista buttercream sau glazuri complicate, ci doar simplitatea care facea totul mai bun. <strong>Poate ca torturile de casa nu au glazuri perfecte, dar au suflet.</strong> Frisca batuta, cateva cirese pe deasupra, putina ciocolata rasa&#8230; Si stii ce? E perfect asa. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mi-ar placea sa ma pot intoarce si sa retraiesc unele momente din copilarie. Mai ales petrecerile de ziua mea. Ne adunam cu totii acasa: familie, prieteni de-ai parintilor si cativa copii alaturi de care am crescut. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Si ce nebunie era &#8211; joaca, rasete, dans, o nebunie! Mama scotea vesela aia buna, de sarbatoare. <strong>Iar farfuriile pe care le vezi in pozele facute de mine? Sunt exact cele de atunci,</strong> care nu lipseau de la nicio aniversare. Au pe putin 30 de ani&#8230; </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Toate aceste detalii au ramas in pozele facute de tata, pe film. Acum, mi se par cu atat mai speciale. Unele dintre acele poze s-au pastrat in albume, iar pe cateva le-am inserat si in imaginile acestui tort, pentru ca simt ca ii spun povestea cel mai bine. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Pentru ce ocazii e potrivit tortul de ciocolata si cirese?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tortul asta merge de minune de <strong>Ziua Copilului</strong>, evident &#8211; e o celebrare a gusturilor simple si bune. Dar e la fel de potrivit pentru o <strong>zi de nastere</strong>, o <strong>petrecere in familie</strong>, un <strong>botez</strong> sau chiar pentru <strong>masa de Sarbatori</strong>, daca vrei un desert cu impact vizual si gust intens. Are ceva festiv, dar nu e pretentios. E sincer si gustos.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Indiferent de ocazie, acest tort este o declaratie de dragoste pentru deserturile care spun povesti. Si, cine stie, poate si copiii tai isi vor aminti de el peste ani &#8211; acel tort cu ciocolata, cirese si multa bucurie.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Ce fel de ciocolata sa folosesc pentru crema?</strong><br>Ideal e sa folosesti <strong>ciocolata neagra</strong> cu 55–70% cacao pentru echilibru, dar poti combina si cu ciocolata cu lapte daca preferi o aroma mai blanda.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Se poate face in avans?</strong><br>Da, tortul poate fi pregatit cu o zi inainte. De fapt, aromele se intrepatrund si mai bine dupa o noapte la rece. Confitul si crema de ciocolata se pot face si cu doua zile in avans.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram acest tort de ciocolata si cirese?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pastreaza tortul in frigider, intr-o cutie pentru tort inchisa, pentru ca frisca sa nu prinda mirosuri. Rezista foarte bine <strong>3-4 zile</strong>, insa frisca se pastreaza cel mai frumos in primele 24–36 de ore. Scoate-l din frigider cu 15–20 minute inainte de servire &#8211; aromele vor fi mai intense si textura mai cremoasa.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca esti in cautarea unui tort spectaculos, fara coacere, usor de facut si cu arome fresh si sofisticate, atunci acest <strong>tort tiramisu cu fistic si capsuni</strong> e fix ce-ti trebuie. Este o combinatie irezistibila de crema aerata de<strong> mascarpone cu fistic</strong>, <strong>capsuni proaspete </strong>si <strong>piscoturi insiropate cu un sirop aromat cu lamaie si fistic</strong>. Totul este prezentat sub forma de <strong>tort Charlotte</strong>, ceea ce il face ideal pentru ocazii speciale. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Vara este sezonul ideal pentru acest desert, cand gasesti capsuni aromate si zemoase la tot pasul. Dar tortul este potrivit si in alte anotimpur! <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Combinatia dintre <strong>fistic si capsuni</strong> este una dintre preferatele mele, fiind echilibrata si in acelasi timp, rafinata. <p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Siropul cu lamaie si fistic</strong> aduce un plus de aroma si transforma piscoturile in baza perfecta, fara a fi nevoie sa coci nimic. Este un tort fara gelatina, fara blaturi coapte, fara batai de cap. Tot ce trebuie sa faci este sa prepari crema, sa insiropezi piscoturile si sa montezi totul in forma. <p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Crema de fistic</strong> este in centrul atentiei in acest tort. O incorporam in crema de mascarpone pentru un gust subtil si cremos, dar o folosim si ca strat separat, pentru un boost intens de aroma. Un lucru e cert: daca iti place fisticul, vei adora acest desert. E genul de tort in care fiecare lingurita iti ofera o explozie de gust – dulce, proaspat, cremos, crocant (daca alegi sa adaugi si fistic maruntit deasupra) si perfect echilibrat.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru acest <strong>tort tiramisu cu fistic si capsuni</strong>, iti recomand sa folosesti <strong>crema de fistic</strong>, care are o textura fina si un gust intens, usor dulce. Sigur, alege una care are un continut cat mai mare de fistic. Eu am avut <em>crema de fistic de la Lildl, din gama Deluxe</em>, ce contine 45% fistic. De asemenea, recomand si<a href="https://vegis.ro/creme-tartinabile/niavis/116865-pasta-de-fistic-cremoasa-ecologica-bio-200g/?gad_source=1&amp;gad_campaignid=17065657358&amp;gbraid=0AAAAADvbrUrtZ41hCTFEzMtaSWz48h3t8&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjwuIbBBhBvEiwAsNypvfOjR_WPle4C84iSClY7PVTMQFU3lpJZwK7fTp96dwYn5vPa27n74BoC330QAvD_BwE" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> <em>pasta de fistic cremoasa de la Niavis</em></a>, ce contine 50% fistic, 50% zahar de cocos. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca nu ai crema de fistic la indemana, poti folosi si <strong>unt de fistic</strong>. Alege unul de calitate, 100% fistic, fara adaosuri. In acest caz, fiind mai dens si mai concentrat, iti recomand sa-l combini cu putin zahar pudra sau lapte condensat indulcit. Astfel, vei obtine o crema mai echilibrata ca gust si textura. Important e ca aroma de fistic sa fie bine pusa in valoare, pentru ca da personalitate si farmec intregului tort.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este tortul Charlotte si de ce se potriveste cu tiramisu cu fistic si capsuni?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Tortul Charlotte</strong> este un <strong>desert clasic frantuzesc</strong>, creat initial la <strong>finalul secolului XVIII</strong>. El are un &#8222;perete&#8221; de piscoturi sau biscuiti asezati vertical, ce inconjoara o umplutura fina. De obicei, e o <strong>crema de fructe, mousse sau crema bavareza</strong> (crema de vanilie, asemanatoare cremei din Tortul Diplomat). </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tortul Charlotte are o poveste eleganta si rafinata, asa cum ii sta bine unui desert de origine nobila. Primele forme ale acestui desert apar in<strong> Anglia secolului XVIII</strong>, unde era cunoscut sub numele de <em>Charlotte pudding</em>. Reteta traditionala era simpla: felii de paine sau biscuiti erau folosite pentru a &#8222;captusi&#8221; o forma rotunda, care se umplea cu mere, zahar si unt, apoi se cocea. Acest desert cald si rustic a fost numit, cel mai probabil, in onoarea <strong>Reginei Charlotte, sotia regelui George al III-lea</strong>. Ea era renumita pentru sprijinul oferit agriculturii si livezilor de meri din Marea Britanie.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Transformarea radicala a tortului Charlotte a venit in <strong>secolul XIX</strong>. Celebrul chef francez <strong>Marie-Antoine Carême</strong>, considerat parintele bucatariei haute cuisine, a reinterpretat desertul in stil frantuzesc si l-a transformat intr-o creatie rece si sofisticata:<strong> Charlotte russe</strong>. In loc de paine, Carême a folosit <strong>piscoturi de sampanie</strong>, iar umplutura a devenit o crema usoara, de obicei bavareza, cu frisca, oua si gelatina. Desertul se servea la rece, capatand astfel o textura usoara si aerata, perfecta pentru ocazii festive.</p>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading">De-a lungul timpului, tortul Charlotte a cunoscut numeroase variatii in intreaga lume, printre cele mai cunoscute fiind:</h5>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Astazi, tortul Charlotte este mai mult decat un desert clasic – este un tort fara coacere, care permite reinterpretari moderne si creative. In varianta <em>madelicii</em>, am preluat forma tortului, pe care l-am transformat intr-un tort tiramisu fara coacere, cu accente moderne: crema de mascarpone cu fistic, un strat de crema de fistic pura si capsuni proaspete, pentru prospetime si culoare.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tortul tiramisu cu fistic si capsuni este genul de desert care impresioneaza din prima prin aspectul elegant in stil Charlotte, prin prospetimea capsunilor si prin crema usoara, aromata cu fistic. Il poti pregati oricand vrei sa oferi ceva special, dar fara batai de cap in bucatarie. Fiind un <strong>tort fara coacere</strong>, care <strong>nu necesita gelatina</strong>, este ideal pentru acele momente in care vrei ceva rapid, racoritor si de efect. Este perfect pentru <strong>zile de nastere</strong>, <strong>petreceri in familie</strong>, <strong>evenimente in aer liber</strong>, dar si pentru <strong>mese festive</strong> de primavara sau vara.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Datorita capsunilor proaspete si a siropului aromat cu lamaie si fistic, acest tort este deosebit de potrivit in sezonul cald. Atunci, fructele sunt in plin sezon, dulci si parfumate. Se <strong>asambleaza usor</strong> si are nevoie doar de cateva ore de stat la rece, fiind  un desert care racoreste, dar si rasfata. Este ideal pentru un <strong>brunch de weekend</strong>, o <strong>masa de Paste</strong>, o <strong>zi onomastica</strong> sau o <strong>petrecere in gradina</strong>. Si, fiind atat de usor si fin, merge perfect si dupa o masa mai consistenta.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram tortul tiramisu cu fistic si capsuni?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Fiind un desert pe baza de mascarpone si fructe proaspete, tortul trebuie pastrat la frigider. Ideal ar fi sa-l lasi cel putin<strong> 4-6 ore la rece inainte de servire</strong> (sau peste noapte). Aromele se vor intrepatrunde frumos, iar piscoturile se vor insiropa. Se pastreaza bine<strong> in frigider</strong>, acoperit, timp de<strong> 2-3 zile</strong>. Nu se recomanda congelarea, pentru ca textura se poate modifica.</p>

Am asezat cu grija in borcanele straturi de piscoturi scaldate in sirop de capsuni si Limoncello, crema fina si vanilata cu mascarpone si capsuni macerate, „imbatate” si ele cu lichior. Poate ai mai auzit de el sub numele de <strong>tort rulada verticala</strong> – un desert care impresioneaza prin aspectul sau inedit si delicios. Desi pare complicat la prima vedere, iti promit ca este mult mai simplu decat ai crede. Ia aromele&#8230; ce spectacol parfumat! <strong>Blatul pufos de rulada</strong> e imbracat de crema ce imbina <strong>aroma luxurianta a ciocolatei </strong>cu cea de <strong>portocala si scortisoara</strong>, iar <strong>dulceata de mandarine</strong> desavarseste desertul si surprinde prin gustul special, dulce-amarui. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Acest tort este o combinatie perfecta intre gust si design. Este ideal pentru iubitorii de ciocolata, dar si pentru cei care vor sa incerce ceva diferit. Straturile de pandispan moale si pufos, ganache-ul cremos de ciocolata si accentele aromate de mandarine il fac perfect pentru <strong>aniversari, sarbatori sau orice ocazie speciala.</strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Eu zic ca este acel tip de tort care iti va face oaspetii sa exclame &#8222;Wow!&#8221; cand il tai si care iti va aduce complimente garantate. Si, pe langa asta, este si o modalitate excelenta de a arata cat de creativa esti in bucatarie.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este tortul spirala?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tortul spirala, cunoscut si sub numele de <strong>vertical roll cake</strong>, este un desert spectaculos care impresioneaza prin modul sau unic de asamblare. Spre deosebire de torturile clasice, care au straturi orizontale, in cazul tortului spirala, <strong>straturile sunt verticale</strong>. Blatul de rulada este taiat in fasii si rulat in forma de spirala, obtinand un efect vizual inedit atunci cand este feliat. Straturile fine de blat moale si crema se imbina perfect, oferind atat un aspect deosebit, cat si un gust delicios. Desi pare sofisticat, tehnica este surprinzator de simpla, fiind perfecta pentru a transforma orice ocazie intr-una speciala.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tortul spirala, inspirat de rulada Buche de Noel</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">De fapt, eu l-am pregatit pentru sotul meu, un mare fan al deserturilor cu ciocolata. Dupa ce a incercat <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/rulada-buturuga-de-craciun-buche-de-noel/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Buche de Noel</a> anul trecut si i-a placut extrem de mult, mi-a spus ca si-ar dori acea rulada delicioasa si de ziua lui. Insa eu, pentru ca voiam sa ii ofer un tort in adevaratul sens al cuvantului, am luat ideea de baza si am transformat-o intr-un tort spectaculos. Rezultatul? Mult peste asteptari!</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Am pastrat reteta de ganache folosita si pentru <em>Buche de Noe</em>l, insa am crescut cantitatea, pentru a fi sigura ca imi ajunge si pentru umplut, dar si pentru invelit tortul. Blatul, insa, a suferit ceva modificari. La baza este tot un pandispan, insa am adaugat si ulei (de rapita folosesc in general pentru copt) si suc de portocale. Uleiul adauga grasime, ceea ce face blatul mai moale si mai fraged, ideal pentru o rulada care trebuie sa fie flexibila si usor de rulat fara sa se crape. Sucul de portocale hidrateaza aluatul, astfel ca blatul nu devine uscat dupa coacere. In plus, adauga si aroma. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce face tortul spirala atat de special?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Secretul sta in <strong>modul de asamblare</strong>. Blatul de rulada, moale si aromatizat cu coaja de portocala, se feliaza, iar fasiile se ruleaza separat, creand un efect vizual uimitor. Intre straturi, ganache-ul de ciocolata neagra aduce o cremozitate intensa, completata de dulceata de mandarine. Notele de portocala si scortisoara din crema se combina perfect, aducand un gust rafinat.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nu am fost inspirata sa fac niste fotografii in timp ce asamblat tortul, dar cu siguranta data viitoare cand voi prepara un astfel de desert voi tine cont de acest pas. Pentru a intelege mai bine cum sa rulezi fasiile de blat, iti recomand <a href="https://youtu.be/LEJTlh6OXD8?t=455" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>acest video</strong></a>. De asemenea, l-am rugat pe sotul meu sa ma ajute cu o exemplificare 3D a pasilor pentru asamblarea tortului, sper sa iti fie de folos. Gasesti imaginile in sectiunea cu pasii retetei. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dulceata de mandarine pentru tortul spirala cu ciocolata</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Iti povesteam in articolul cu <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/idei-de-cadouri-pentru-pasionatii-de-gatit-si-food-bloggers/"><strong>Idei de cadouri pentru pasionatii de gatit si food bloggers</strong></a><a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/idei-de-cadouri-pentru-pasionatii-de-gatit-si-food-bloggers/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong> </strong></a>ca ingredientele premium sunt intotdeauna apreciate. Se pare ca Mos Craciun a citit si el acest articol si s-a conformat. Astfel, am primit un gift box cu diferite produse italiene, printre care si dulceata de mandarine. Eu am folosit-o <strong><a href="https://feelolio.ro/produs/dulceata-de-mandarine-fara-conservanti-350-gr/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">pe aceasta</a> </strong>pentru tort, dar poti alege ce dulceata doresti, fie ea de mandarine sau portocale. Imi place mult si dulceata de portocale de la <em>Raureni </em>sau cea cu portocale si ghimbir de la<em> St. Dalfour</em>.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Totodata,<strong> poti sa prepari chiar tu dulceata de mandarine</strong>, este chiar usor de facut! Curata 4-5 mandarine, pastreaza coaja de la una si taie pulpa in bucati mici. Fierbe-le cu 150 g zahar si 50 ml apa pana cand amestecul se ingroasa si devine lucios. Daca vrei, poti adauga un strop de suc de lamaie pentru un echilibru perfect.<br>Din aceasta reteta vei obtine cam 150 g de dulceata, exact cat ai nevoie pentru tort.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastrezi tortul spirala?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru a te bucura de prospetimea lui, pastreaza <strong>tortul in frigider, acoperit, </strong>ca sa nu se usuce. Il poti consuma in maximum<strong> 3-4 zile</strong>. Scoate-l cu <strong>15-20 de minute </strong>inainte de servire pentru a lasa aromele sa se intensifice si ganache-ul sa se mai inmoaie.</p>

Asa a inceput si povestea acestui tort de iarna cu portocale si turta dulce, un desert care nu doar arata frumos, dar este si incredibil de delicios si aromat. Gandit special pentru Craciun, Revelion sau aniversarile din decembrie, aduce pe masa o combinatie irezistibila de citrice racoritoare si gustul inconfundabil al turtei dulci. In plus, este este alegerea perfecta pentru a veni in intampinarea iernii si pentru a-i sarbatori pe cei dragi de Sfantul Andrei, oferind un moment dulce si festiv. Fiecare detaliu este gandit sa aduca atmosfera Sarbatorilor in farfuria ta!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">O poveste de iarna intr-un desert</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Tortul acesta e ca un basm servit pe farfurie. <strong>Blaturile sunt pufoase si condimentate</strong>, avand acel gust inconfundabil de <strong>turta dulce</strong> – cu scortisoara, ghimbir, nucsoara si un strop de miere. La mijloc, <strong>mousse-ul de portocale</strong> iti incanta papilele cu prospetimea sa, in timp ce <strong>stratul de mandarine din compot</strong> adauga o nota suculenta si dulce. Aromele se imbina perfect, iar textura fina si pufoasa te face sa mai vrei inca o portie.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Portocalele si mandarinele sunt aromele iernii, iar acest tort le pune in valoare intr-un mod elegant. Prospetimea mousse-ului de portocale si textura suculenta a mandarinelor echilibreaza perfect aromele intense ale blaturilor condimentate. Fie ca il pregatesti pentru Craciun, Revelion sau pentru o aniversare in familie, acest desert aduce un plus de bucurie mesei festive. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Servit la masa de Sarbatori, acest tort va fi vedeta momentului. Culorile calde ale blaturilor, stratul fin de mousse si mandarinele zemoase fac din el o piesa centrala perfecta pentru orice masa festiva.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mai mult decat un simplu tort, este o experienta care te poarta prin magia iernii – de la parfumul din bucatarie atunci cand il pregatesti pana la momentul in care gusti prima felie.</p>

De asemenea, foloseste ce condimente doresti pentru blaturi, de la scortisoara, nucsoara, ienibahar si cuisoare pana la cardamom sau anason. Sau, desigur, poti folosi si mixuri de condimente pentru turta dulce gata preparate. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Sfaturi pentru reusita tortului</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Foloseste <strong>portocale bine coapte si cat mai aromate</strong> pentru mousse.</li>



<li><strong>Nu inlocui mandarinele din compot cu cele proaspete. </strong>Poti face asta doar in cazul decorului, dar in interior, iti sugerez sa le folosesti pe cele din compot. De ce? Mandarinele din compot sunt deja curatate de pielita subtire care le inconjoara si au o textura suculenta si uniforma. Spre deosebire de cele proaspete, care pot avea zone mai fibroase sau chiar samburi ascunsi, cele din compot sunt ideale pentru straturile unui tort. Totodata, mandarinele proaspete pot varia mult ca dulceata si aciditate, in timp ce mandarinele din compot sunt indulcite usor in sirop, ceea ce le face perfecte pentru deserturi.</li>



<li><strong>Lasa tortul la frigider cel putin 4-6 ore inainte de servire</strong> – astfel aromele se vor imbina perfect, iar textura mousse-ului va fi ideala.</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tort cu blaturile la vedere &#8211; de ce ai nevoie</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru aceasta reteta, am folosit un<a href="https://cakemasters.ro/tavi-i-forme-pentru-copt/5367-inel-fix-inox-o-18cm-h15cm-18881388.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> <strong>inel de tort din otel inoxidabil</strong></a>, lucru care ajuta in obtinerea acestui aspect de tort cu blaturile la vedere (numit si tort Momofuku). Cu ajutorul inelului vei putea taia si aranja blaturile, oferind tortului forma sa perfecta. Iti recomand un inel inalt – unul cu diametrul de 18 cm si inaltimea de 15 cm este ideal si a functionat perfect pentru mine.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Un alt element esential este <strong>folia de acetat</strong>, care poate fi inlocuita cu hartie de copt sau folie alimentara, daca nu ai la indemana. Aceasta folie previne lipirea straturilor de mousse si blat de peretii inelului, asigurand un rezultat impecabil, fara batai de cap.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dupa ce ai pregatit toate elementele tortului, vine momentul de „taie si aranjeaza”. Cu inelul de tort vom taia blaturile astfel incat acestea sa se potriveasca perfect. Blaturile ar trebui sa aiba un diametru putin mai mare decat inelul, pentru a fi usor de ajustat. De exemplu, eu am copt blaturile in 3 tavi de tort cu pereti detasabili, fiecare cu diametrul de 22 cm.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca preferi, poti folosi o singura tava mai mare sau doua tavi si apoi sa tai blatul in mai multe straturi. Important este sa obtii in final trei blaturi uniforme, care sa se potriveasca frumos in tort. Nu uita ca inainte de coacere sa tapetezi tavile cu unt sau hartie de copt, astfel incat blaturile sa se desprinda usor si fara probleme.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Lucrurile bune (si delicioase) necesita timp</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">De obicei, eu acord doua zile pentru a pregati tortul si inca una pentru decor. Iata cum iti poti imparti timpul pentru a face acest desert:</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Etapa 1&#x20e3; </strong>(<strong>prima zi)</strong>: coacem blaturile, pregatim crema de portocale (pana la etapa de adaugat gelatina si frisca). Le lasam pe toate la rece pana a doua zi. Eventual, daca vrei sa mai salvezi din timp, poti sa pregatesti acestea in cursul diminetii si sa treci la etapa urmatoare pe dupa-amiaza. Important e ca blaturile sa fie foarte bine racite si crema de lamaie sa stea la frigider pentru cateva ore. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Etapa <strong>2&#x20e3;</strong> (a doua zi sau seara primei zile)</strong>: decupam blaturile si le insiropam (daca dorim. citeste mai multe in reteta), terminam de facut mousse-ul, asamblam tortul, dam la rece. Tortul trebuie sa stea minimum 6 ore la rece, dar e preferabil sa stea peste noapte. Cu cat mai mult, cu atat mai bine.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Etapa <strong>3&#x20e3;</strong> (a doua/ a treia zi</strong>): il decoram si il servim. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram acest tort cu portocale si turta dulce?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru a te asigura ca tortul tau cu mousse de portocale si arome de turta dulce isi pastreaza prospetimea si gustul perfect, trebuie sa tii cont de cateva aspecte. Acesta trebuie sa fie depozitat intr-o <strong>cutie de tort sau acoperit cu folie alimentara</strong>, pentru a preveni uscarea blaturilor si pentru a evita absorbtia mirosurilor din frigider. Consuma-l in maximum <strong>3-4 zile</strong>. </p>
