<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca iti plac deserturile fine, elegante si aromate delicat, atunci acest tort cu piscoturi si crema de mascarpone are toate sansele sa devina unul dintre preferatele tale. Este un tortulet pur si simplu de vis, primavaratic, care arata spectaculos, dar care surprinde placut si la gust. Are asa: </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Iar daca vrei sa simplifici reteta, poti foarte usor <strong>sa renunti la siropul de liliac</strong> si sa insiropezi piscoturile cu un sirop simplu de lamaie. La fel, in loc de coulis de afine, poti folosi <strong>dulceata de afine,</strong> pentru culoare si aroma. Vei obtine in continuare un tort cu mascarpone spectaculos, parfumat si perfect pentru orice ocazie speciala.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ce imi place mult la acest tort este echilibrul dintre arome. <strong>Crema de mascarpone</strong> este fina, bogata si catifelata, <strong>afinele </strong>ii dau o nuanta pastel superba si o aroma subtil fructata, iar <strong>crema de lamaie</strong> vine cu acea nota acrisoara care taie perfect dulceata si face fiecare lingurita sa para si mai fresh.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este tortul Charlotte sau tortul Sarlota?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cunoscut si sub numele de <strong>tort Charlotte</strong> sau <strong>tort Sarlota</strong>, acest desert are o istorie la fel de frumoasa precum aspectul sau elegant, cu margini imbracate in piscoturi. Primele variante au aparut in <strong>Anglia secolului al XVIII-lea</strong>, sub forma unui <strong>desert simplu si cald</strong>, in care o forma rotunda era captusita cu paine sau biscuiti si umpluta cu mere gatite cu zahar si unt. Se spune ca desertul a fost numit in onoarea <strong>Reginei Charlotte</strong>, sotia regelui George al III-lea, cunoscuta pentru interesul sau pentru agricultura si pentru livezile de meri din Marea Britanie.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Mai tarziu, <strong>francezii </strong>au dus reteta intr-o cu totul alta directie. Celebrul chef <strong>Marie-Antoine Careme</strong>, una dintre figurile emblematice ale gastronomiei franceze, a transformat desertul rustic intr-o <strong>creatie sofisticata, rece si aerata</strong>. In locul painii, a folosit piscoturi, iar umplutura a devenit o crema fina, lejera, servita rece &#8211; o versiune care avea sa cucereasca rapid mesele elegante ale Europei si sa dea nastere celebrului Charlotte russe.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Reinterpretarile moderne au adus, insa, retete mai accesibile si mai usor de pregatit acasa. Varianta aceasta este una adaptata, mai simpla, cu o<strong> crema pe baza de mascarpone,</strong> usoara si fina, completata de afine si crema de lamaie. Rezultatul este un tort cu piscoturi si crema de mascarpone rafinat, dar prietenos cu oricine vrea sa pregateasca un desert wow, fara tehnici complicate.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Siropul de liliac</strong> este acel mic detaliu care transforma desertul intr-o experienta aparte. <strong>Aroma lui este foarte discreta, fina si delicat florala.</strong> Nu acopera restul gusturilor, ci doar adauga o nota eleganta si surprinzatoare.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Vestea buna este ca siropul <strong>se face foarte usor</strong>. Singurele lucruri de care trebuie sa tii cont sunt: 1. trebuie sa faci rost de flori de liliac si 2. sa pregatesti siropul cu o seara inainte de a face tortul, pentru a avea suficient timp sa se infuzeze corespunzator si sa capete acea aroma delicata, specifica primaverii.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Un alt avantaj este ca <strong>vei obtine o cantitate mai mare de sirop</strong> decat ai nevoie pentru tort, dar partea frumoasa este ca nimic nu se pierde. Poti pastra restul la frigider si <strong>il poti transforma foarte usor intr-o bautura delicioasa si racoritoare</strong>, cu un parfum subtil floral si un aer elegant, perfect pentru zilele calde. Este suficient sa amesteci siropul cu apa rece sau apa minerala, iar in cateva secunde ai un mocktail simplu, fresh si cu un autentic iz primavaratic.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desigur, daca vrei sa simplifici reteta, poti renunta la acest pas si poti insiropa piscoturile cu <strong>sirop de lamaie</strong> (gasesti reteta la finalul retetei, in sectiunea de <em>Completari</em>). Tortul va iesi in continuare delicios. Dar daca alegi varianta cu liliac, vei obtine acel ceva aparte, memorabil, care face desertul sa iasa din tipare.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ca sa iti iasa perfect, sunt cateva lucruri mici care fac diferenta si care te ajuta sa obtii un tort cu piscoturi si crema de mascarpone fin, stabil si frumos definit la taiere.</p>

In felul acesta, crema finala ramane catifelata, usoara si fina, nu grea sau prea densa.</p> </li><li class="schema-how-to-step" id="how-to-step-1777540618712"><strong class="schema-how-to-step-name">Strecoara coulis / dulceata de afine. </strong> <p class="schema-how-to-step-text">Fie ca folosesti coulis de afine, dar si daca folosesti dulceata de afine, recomand sa strecori prin sita pentru a obtine crema fina si omogena, cu o culoare uniforma, delicata.</p> </li><li class="schema-how-to-step" id="how-to-step-1777540700826"><strong class="schema-how-to-step-name">Raceste crema de lamaie.</strong> <p class="schema-how-to-step-text">Crema de lamaie trebuie lasata sa se raceasca complet inainte de asamblare, astfel incat sa ramana frumos definita in sectiune si sa nu se amestece cu stratul de mascarpone.</p> </li><li class="schema-how-to-step" id="how-to-step-1777540857068"><strong class="schema-how-to-step-name">Lasa la rece. </strong> <p class="schema-how-to-step-text">Foarte important, nu sari peste pasul de a lasa tortul la rece suficient timp inainte de a-l taia. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca iti plac deserturile delicate, aromate si usor de pregatit, garantez ca acest <strong>chec cu lamaie si afine</strong> te va cuceri imediat . Este un chec tip guguluf pufos si fraged, cu un aluat usor umed, <strong>parfum discret de musetel</strong> si <strong>note proaspete de lamaie</strong>. Si are si o surpriza la interior &#8211; <strong>afine suculente</strong>, ce se completeaza atat de bine cu aroma de lamaie. Si abia acum incepe partea si mai&#8230; delicioasa. Dupa coacere, prajitura este usor <strong>insiropata cu ceai de musetel</strong> si acoperita cu o <strong>glazura dulce de afine</strong>, a carei culoare este pur si simplu superba.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Acest <strong>c</strong>hec cu afine nu doar ca <strong>arata spectaculos</strong>, dar sa stii ca <strong>se face surprinzator de simplu</strong>. Iar combinatia de arome &#8211; lamaie, miere, musetel si afine &#8211; este perfecta pentru primavara si vara.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">O combinatie de arome delicate si surprinzatoare</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La prima vedere pare doar un simplu chec cu lamaie si afine, dar aromele sunt mult mai interesante. Aluatul este facut cu <strong>miere, iaurt grecesc si smantana lichida infuzata cu musetel</strong>, ceea ce ii da o textura foarte frageda si un parfum floral discret.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Lamaia </strong>aduce prospetime si echilibru, <strong>mierea </strong>rotunjeste gustul, iar <strong>afinele </strong>apar din loc in loc in felie, oferind mici explozii fructate. Rezultatul este un chec insiropat pufos si aromat, care se topeste in gura.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru un plus de aroma, imediat dupa coacere, am insiropat usor guguluful cu un<strong> sirop cald de ceai de musetel si lamaie</strong>. Acest pas simplu transforma complet textura: checul devine si mai fraged si capata o aroma subtila, foarte placuta. In plus, isi pastreaza prospetimea si textura umeda pentru mai mult timp. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La final, completam bundt cake-ul nostru cu o <strong>glazura de afine pe baza de zahar pudra</strong>, care curge frumos pe margini si creeaza acele dungi elegante pe care le vezi in fotografii. Pe langa gust, glazura aduce si un element vizual deosebit: culoarea naturala a afinelor creeaza un violet intens, care contrasteaza superb cu aluatul deschis la culoare.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Astfel, acest chec cu glazura devine un desert perfect atat pentru fotografii, cat si pentru momente speciale la masa.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Unul dintre avantajele acestui guguluf este faptul ca se potriveste in foarte multe situatii si ocazii. Il poti pregati atunci <strong>cand ai musafiri </strong>si vrei un desert elegant, dar usor de facut, care arata spectaculos pe masa. In acelasi timp, este la fel de potrivit si pentru <strong>o zi obisnuita</strong>, cand iti doresti ceva dulce de savurat in liniste, alaturi de o cafea sau de o cana de ceai.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aromele delicate de lamaie, miere si musetel il fac perfect pentru sezonul cald, asa ca acest chec cu afine si lamaie este o alegere minunata pentru primavara sau vara. Il poti lua cu tine la un <strong>picnic</strong>, il poti servi la o <strong>masa in aer liber</strong> sau il poti pregati pentru o <strong>mica petrecere in gradina</strong>. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cateva detalii simple pot face diferenta intre un chec bun si unul care chiar impresioneaza.</p>

Pentru un aspect deosebit, poti decora checul cu afine proaspete, putina coaja de lamaie rasa si flori de musetel uscate. Bineinteles ca pe cele din urma nici eu nu le-am avut la indemana, tocmai de aceea am apelat la margaretele din foi de napolitana (de la Dr.Oetker sunt si se gasesc cred ca in orice hypermarket). Acestea creeaza un efect foarte delicat si transforma prajitura intr-un desert perfect pentru primavara.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">De ce sa folosesti o tava de guguluf pentru acest chec cu lamaie si afine</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desi reteta poate fi pregatita si intr-o tava clasica de chec sau de briose, forma de <strong>guguluf (bundt)</strong> este ideala pentru acest desert. In primul rand, forma cu gaura la mijloc ajuta prajitura <strong>sa se coaca uniform</strong>, astfel incat obtii un chec pufos cu afine perfect copt, cu o textura frageda de la exterior pana in centru. In al doilea rand, suprafata reliefata a tavii creeaza acel aspect spectaculos care transforma un simplu chec cu lamaie si afine intr-un desert elegant, potrivit chiar si pentru ocazii speciale.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Glazura de afine curge delicat peste formele create de tava si contureaza acele dungi naturale care arata atat de bine in fotografii. Astfel, acest <strong>chec insiropat cu afine</strong> nu doar ca are o textura minunata, dar arata si absolut superb pe masa.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum se pastreaza checul cu lamaie si afine</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Acest chec cu lamaie si afine se pastreaza foarte bine cateva zile. Datorita mierii si siropului, aluatul ramane fraged si umed. Pastreaza prajitura acoperita cu <strong>folie alimentara sau sub un clopot pentru tort</strong>,<strong> la temperatura camerei</strong>. Se mentine perfect <strong>2–3 zile</strong>, iar aromele devin chiar mai intense a doua zi.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca vrei sa il pastrezi mai mult, tine <strong>la frigider pana la 5 zile</strong> sau <strong>la congelator pana la 2 luni</strong>. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca ar fi sa aleg o singura prajitura simpla, clasica si mereu apreciata, sunt sanse mari sa spun <strong>„pandispan cu fructe”</strong>. E acel desert care miroase a copilarie, a vacanta la bunici si a vara in toata puterea cuvantului. Se face usor, e incredibil de pufos si merge de minune cu orice fruct ai la indemana,fie ca sunt cirese, visine, caise, piersici, prune sau fructe de padure. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Iar vestea buna e ca nu trebuie sa te limitezi la sezonul cald: <strong>pandispanul iese la fel de bun si cu fructe congelate sau din compo</strong>t. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">De ce pandispanul cu fructe ramane un clasic?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Poate pentru ca e desertul acela „de casa”, facut de mama si de bunica, cu<strong> ingrediente simple, dar rezultat spectaculos.</strong> In plus, pandispanul cu fructe este genul de prajitura care merge oricand &#8211; la cafeaua de dimineata, la o masa in familie sau ca gustare dulce intr-o dupa-amiaza linistita.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce fructe poti folosi?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Vara, oferta este atat de bogata incat e pacat sa nu incerci toate variantele. Indiferent de combinatia aleasa, secretul este mereu acelasi: un aluat bine aerat, fructe din belsug si coacere atenta.</p>

<li><strong>pandispan cu visine</strong> &#8211; usor acrisor, perfect pentru cei care nu vor ceva foarte dulce</li>



<li><strong>pandispan cu cirese</strong> &#8211; dulce si aromat, ideal pentru copii</li>



<li><strong>pandispan cu caise sau piersici</strong> &#8211; suculent si parfumat</li>



<li><strong>pandispan cu prune</strong> &#8211; mai spre toamna, cu un strop de scortisoara in blat</li>



<li><strong>pandispan cu fructe de padure</strong> &#8211; ai de unde alege pentru o prajitura gustoasa: afine, zmeura, capsuni, mure. Poti face si combinatii dintre acestea si alte fructe, asa cum am facut si eu in aceasta reteta.</li>
</ul>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In restul anului, poti apela cu incredere la <strong>fructe congelate</strong> (pe care le lasi la scurs inainte de a le folosi) sau <strong>fructe din compot</strong>, bine scurse si sterse cu un prosop de hartie.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Un pic de istorie: de unde vine pandispanul?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desi astazi il asociem cu bucataria traditionala romaneasca si cu deserturile copilariei, pandispanul are o istorie care incepe in <strong>Italia secolului al XVIII-lea</strong>. Se spune ca reteta a fost creata de un <strong>cofetar genovez pe nume Giovan Battista Cabona</strong>, cunoscut sub numele de <strong>Giobatta</strong>. Acesta a fost invitat in Spania, la curtea unui marchiz, si, pentru a impresiona nobilii spanioli, a pregatit un desert complet nou, bazat pe oua batute foarte bine si faina, avand ca sursa de inspiratie <strong>Biscotto di Savoia </strong>(piscoturile, asa cum le stim noi). A numit prajitura <strong>“Pan di Spagna”</strong>, adica “painea Spaniei”, in semn de respect pentru gazdele sale. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La randul lor, spaniolii au fost atat de incantati de inventie, incat i-au dat numele <strong>“bizcocho genovés”</strong>, in cinstea orasului natal al telentatului patiser. Reteta a devenit rapid populara in toata Europa datorita texturii sale aerate, obtinute fara praf de copt sau alti agenti de crestere. Totul sta in tehnica de batere a oualor si in modul delicat de incorporare a ingredientelor. A ajuns si in Franta, unde a inspirat celebrul <strong>“pate genoise”</strong>, iar in bucataria englezeasca s-a transformat in <strong>“sponge cake”</strong>.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">La noi, pandispanul a intrat in categoria prajiturilor clasice de casa, fiind adaptat si reinterpretat de fiecare generatie. Cu sau fara fructe, cu zahar pudra deasupra sau simplu, pandispanul a ramas un desert de baza in bucatariile romanesti &#8211; <strong>rapid, accesibil si mereu apreciat</strong>. Azi, il redescoperim si il reinventam, dar reteta de baza ramane neschimbata: oua, zahar, faina si multa dragoste in preparare. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f60a.png" alt="😊" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Sfaturi pentru un pandispan cu fructe reusit si pufos</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Reteta de baza e simpla, dar sunt cateva trucuri care fac diferenta intre un pandispan reusit si unul banal:</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f95a.png" alt="🥚" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Bate foarte bine albusurile</strong> pana obtii o spuma ferma si lucioasa. Aerul incorporat aici este ceea ce da volum si pufozitate pandispanului.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f944.png" alt="🥄" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Adauga galbenusurile si faina cu miscari usoare</strong>, de jos in sus, ca sa nu pierzi aerul din compozitie.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f4d0.png" alt="📐" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Foloseste o tava mai mica</strong>, daca vrei un pandispan inalt si cu miez generos. Tapeteaza cu hartie de copt pentru a preveni lipirea, dar si pentru a scoate usor prajitura din tava.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f352.png" alt="🍒" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Trece fructele prin faina</strong> inainte sa le pui in compozitie &#8211; astfel eviti sa se lase toate la fundul tavii.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f376.png" alt="🍶" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Foloseste un ulei bun</strong>, cu gust placut. De obicei, folosesc in prajituri ulei de rapita, pentru ca nu imi place neaparat gustul dat de cel de floarea soarelui. Dar recent, am descoperit un ulei foarte fain, de la <strong><a href="https://www.uleiunisol.ro/unisol-sweet-oils/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Unisol</a></strong>, care are deja aromele integrate si este, ai ghicit, de rapita. L-am folosit pe cel cu<strong> Vanilie &amp; Migdale,</strong> pe care l-am cumparat deja de doua ori, dar sunt sigura ca si celelalte sortimente sunt la fel de aromate. Da o nota subtila deserturilor, foarte placuta si chiar ti-l recomand (sa stii nu e promovare, doar imi place foarte mult). </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/23f1.png" alt="⏱" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Nu deschide cuptorul in primele 20 de minute</strong>, altfel pandispanul se poate lasa.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aceasta prajitura cu fructe ramane proaspata si pufoasa <strong>2-3 zile</strong>, daca o pastrezi acoperita, la temperatura camerei. Daca ai pus multe fructe zemoase, e mai bine sa o tii <strong>la frigider</strong>, invelita in folie sau intr-o cutie inchisa. Se poate reincalzi usor la cuptor sau la microunde, si merge perfect cu o lingura de frisca, iaurt sau inghetata de vanilie alaturi.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca iti plac clatitele, dar nu ai chef sa stai langa aragaz, prajind una cate una, atunci trebuie neaparat sa incerci <strong>clatita la cuptor Dutch Baby</strong>. Se face din cateva ingrediente simple, pe care le ai mereu in casa &#8211; oua, lapte, faina &#8211; si, spre deosebire de clatitele clasice sau de pancakes, o dai direct la cuptor si o uiti acolo pentru 12-15 minute. E genul acela de reteta care iti face diminetile mai usoare si mai delicioase.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aceasta <strong>clatita la cuptor</strong> poate fi servita si dulce, si sarata, ceea ce o face perfecta atat pentru un mic dejun de weekend, cat si pentru o masa usoara sau chiar un brunch cu prietenii. Mie mi se pare ca e o combinatie perfecta intre o omleta pufoasa si o clatita, cu marginile aurii si crocante si interiorul moale, aerat si usor elastic.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este clatita Dutch Baby?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Clatita Dutch Baby</strong>, cunoscuta si sub numele de <strong>Dutch Baby pancake</strong> sau <strong>German pancake</strong>, este o clatita coapta la cuptor, direct in tigaia incinsa (de preferat din fonta, merge si din inox). Nu se intoarce, nu se prajeste pe aragaz. Totul se intampla in cuptor, unde capata o forma spectaculoasa, cu marginile ridicate si rumenite.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desi numele te-ar putea face sa crezi ca vine din Olanda, <strong>clatita Dutch Baby</strong> este, de fapt, o <strong>creatie americana</strong>. Reteta a aparut la inceputul anilor 1900 intr-un restaurant de familie din Seattle, Washington, numit <em>Manca’s Cafe</em>. Se spune ca fiica proprietarului a venit cu denumirea „Dutch Baby”, inspirata din cuvantul „Deutsch” (germana), pentru ca reteta avea la baza <strong>clatitele coapte traditionale din Germania</strong>. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">De-a lungul timpului, clatita a devenit tot mai populara in America, fiind servita in cafenele si brunch spots, datorita aspectului sau spectaculos si a usurintei cu care se prepara. Azi, e iubita peste tot in lume, inclusiv la noi, mai ales de cei care isi doresc o clatita fara prajit, rapida si versatila.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Reteta de baza &#8211; clatita la cuptor versatila si simpla</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Baza acestei clatite e foarte simpla: oua, lapte, faina si un praf de sare. Daca vrei o varianta sarata, poti adauga piper, parmezan, ierburi aromatice sau alte condimente preferate. Pentru varianta dulce, merg de minune scortisoara, nucsoara, esenta de vanilie, migdale, portocala sau lamaie si, optional, una-doua linguri de zahar.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Foarte importanta este, insa, tigaia in care coci clatita. Pentru ca aceasta <strong>clatita la cuptor</strong> are nevoie de o temperatura ridicata si uniforma pentru a creste spectaculos si a capata marginile crocante, ideal este sa folosesti o <strong>tigaie din fonta</strong> <strong>sau din inox</strong>, <strong>fara maner de plastic</strong>, potrivita pentru cuptor. <strong>Fonta </strong>pastreaza si distribuie caldura excelent, iar rezultatul va fi o clatita perfect rumenita, bine coapta si cu textura ideala. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Inoxul </strong>nu retine caldura la fel de bine ca fonta, dar daca incingi tigaia in prealabil, vei obtine un rezultat foarte bun. Clatita se va umfla frumos si va capata acele margini crocante si aurii. Ai grija sa ungi bine tigaia cu unt si sa lucrezi rapid cand torni aluatul, pentru ca temperatura inalta este cheia reusitei.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Asadar, indiferent de materialul tigaii, important e sa o incingi bine inainte sa torni aluatul. Acesta e secretul pentru ca marginile sa se ridice frumos si sa obtii acel aspect spectaculos specific clatitei Dutch Baby. De asemenea, sa stii ca imediat ce scoti clatita din cuptor, ea va incepe sa se dezumfle (cum a fost si cazul clatitei mele, care in fotografii nu e la fel de umflata cum ar fi fost proaspat-scoasa din cuptor). </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ai pofta de ceva nou pentru masa de Paste? Ce spui de un desert care sa imbine prospetimea lamaii, dulceata discreta a afinelor si textura cremoasa a branzei, totul intr-un aluat pufos care miroase a sarbatoare? Atunci trebuie sa incerci <strong>babka cu afine, lamaie si crema de branza</strong>! E un desert primavaratic, cu gust fresh si echilibrat, care aduce in farfurie o explozie de arome si o textura moale, perfecta pentru momentele in care vrei sa te rasfeti. Iar daca nu ai timp (sau chef) sa faci si cozonac, si pasca, reteta asta ar putea fi varianta de mijloc: le combina armonios pe amandoua, intr-o varianta moderna si spectaculoasa.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Combinatia de arome care cucereste de la prima felie</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ce face aceasta babka atat de speciala? Combinatia de afine, lamaie si crema de branza. <strong>Afinele </strong>aduc un contrast dulce-acrisor, <strong>lamaia </strong>da acel plus de prospetime care ne duce imediat cu gandul la primavara, iar <strong>crema de branza</strong> adauga o textura fina care se potriveste perfect cu aluatul moale.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Fiecare felie e o bucurie:</strong> aluat pufos, usor elastic, impletit frumos cu straturi de crema si fructe care se topesc in gura. E genul de desert la care nu poti sa te opresti la o singura portie.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In plus, stim cu totii ca masa de Paste vine mereu cu multe pregatiri si o lista lunga de retete. Dar daca anul asta vrei sa simplifici lucrurile fara sa renunti la gustul de sarbatoare, babka cu afine, lamaie si crema de branza e solutia perfecta. Avand crema de branza, putem spune ca imbina doua deserturi intr-unul singur: cozonacul pufos si pasca aromata. E o varianta 2 in 1 care arata bine si e apreciata de toata lumea, de la cei mici pana la cei mari.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tava Emile Henry din colectia Madeleine, ideala pentru copt babka cu afine, lamaie si branza</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru ca babka sa creasca frumos si sa se coaca uniform, ai nevoie de o tava buna. Eu am folosit <strong><a href="https://www.kitchenshop.ro/tava-cozonac-ceramica-285x13cm18l-rose-candy-emile-henry?gad_source=1&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQjw782_BhDjARIsABTv_JBnBwzBWeukmWpyo4X9m91Jbb9-y2m5IrbWEdzYB_Hu0ksI_XvjQ-saAoJFEALw_wcB" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">tava de cozonac Emile Henry din colectia Madeleine</a></strong>, pe care am primit-o spre testare de la <strong><a href="https://www.kitchenshop.ro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Kitchen Shop</a></strong>. Chiar sunt foarte multumita de ea si pot sa-ti spun ca e una dintre cele mai bune alegeri pe care le poti face. Este realizata din ceramica de inalta calitate, care distribuie caldura perfect, asa ca aluatul se coace uniform, fara sa ramana crud la mijloc.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In plus, ai vazut ce superba este? Cu siguranta e cea mai frumoasa tava din colectia mea. Are un <strong>design elegant</strong>, cu linii usor ondulate, si o <strong>culoare bombonicioasa</strong> (Rose Candy), care transforma orice cozonac sau babka intr-o vedeta pe masa de sarbatoare. E <strong>rezistenta</strong>, <strong>usor de curatat la masina de spalat vase</strong> si merge si la <strong>cuptor</strong>, si la <strong>frigider</strong>, daca vrei sa pastrezi desertul direct in ea.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ba chiar e perfecta pentru aceasta babka. Avand crema de branza, recomand sa o pastrezi la frigider si sa o incalzesti putin la cuptor sau la cuptorul cu microunde inainte de servire. Poti face asta usor datorita tavii Madeleine, care e foarte rezistenta acestor socuri termice. </p>

Totodata, in colectia mea mai exista si <a href="https://www.kitchenshop.ro/tava-ceramica-355-x-26-x-7cm32l-burgundy-emile-henry" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">aceasta tava din ceramica</a>, care din pacate nu mai e in stoc, dar cred ca poate fi inlocuita de <a href="https://www.kitchenshop.ro/tava-focaccia-ceramica-40x315cm-burgundy-emile-henry?_gl=1*yavx5p*_up*MQ..&amp;gclid=Cj0KCQjw782_BhDjARIsABTv_JBnBwzBWeukmWpyo4X9m91Jbb9-y2m5IrbWEdzYB_Hu0ksI_XvjQ-saAoJFEALw_wcB">tava Foccacia</a>, ale carei dimensiuni sunt putin diferite. Cert este ca in aceasta tava poti pregati, desigur, foccacia, dar si <a href="https://madelicii.ro/reteta/budinca-de-croissante-cu-afine-si-ciocolata/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">budinca de croissante</a>, de exemplu. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Variante si adaptari pentru babka cu afine, lamaie si crema de branza</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Reteta aceasta este delicioasa asa cum e, dar daca vrei sa o adaptezi dupa gustul tau sau in functie de ce ai prin casa, ai o multime de optiuni. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In loc de afine, poti folosi <strong>zmeura, capsuni sau chiar visine</strong> pentru un gust mai intens si usor acrisor. Lamaia poate fi completata cu <strong>portocala sau lime</strong>, daca vrei o aroma mai parfumata si exotica. In crema de branza poti adauga si o lingurita de extract de vanilie sau de apa de flori de portocal pentru un twist special. Iar daca vrei o varianta mai „de vara”, adauga si cateva<strong> frunze de menta proaspat tocata</strong>. De asemenea, poti folosi gemuri gata facute, salvand astfel timp. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Pot folosi afine congelate in babka?</strong><br>Da, poti folosi si afine congelate, dar acestea e posibil sa lase mai multa apa.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cu ce pot inlocui crema de branza?</strong><br>Daca nu ai crema de branza la indemana, poti folosi mascarpone sau ricotta. Textura va fi usor diferita – mai fina in cazul mascarponei, mai aerata in cazul ricottei – dar gustul va ramane delicios. Incearca sa nu folosesti branza de vaci clasica, pentru ca e prea apoasa si poate modifica consistenta umpluturii.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Pot sa coc babka in alta forma, daca nu am tava de cozonac?</strong><br>Da, o poti coace si intr-o tava rotunda sau intr-o tava de chec. Totusi, pentru cele mai bune rezultate, iti recomand tava ceramica Emile Henry – coace uniform, pastreaza umiditatea si ofera o crusta perfecta fara sa arda marginile.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cum pastrez babka proaspata mai multe zile?</strong><br>Dupa ce s-a racit complet, pastreaza babka intr-un recipient inchis ermetic, la frigider. Ramane moale si aromata pana la 4-5 zile. O poti reincalzi usor in cuptor sau la microunde, ca sa redea toata pufosenia aluatului si aroma proaspata a umpluturii.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastrezi babka cu afine si crema de branza</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Datorita cremei de branza din interior, iti recomand sa pastrezi babka cu afine, lamaie si crema de branza <strong>la frigider</strong>, acoperita bine cu folie alimentara sau intr-o cutie inchisa. Rezista fara probleme <strong>3-4 zile</strong> si poti sa o scoti cu 15-20 de minute inainte de servire, ca sa revina la temperatura camerei si sa fie si mai gustoasa.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Merge perfect langa o cafea de dimineata sau pe masa de Paste. Iar daca iti ramane, o poti felia si congela – se pastreaza foarte bine.</p>

Cu aluatul moale, umplutura fresh si cremoasa si cu acel aspect rasucit care fura privirea, acest desert iti aduce primavara in farfurie. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Vara este sezonul deserturilor racoritoare si pline de arome fresh. Daca esti in cautarea unui tort care sa impresioneze la aniversari, petreceri sau orice eveniment special, atunci aceasta reteta de <strong>tort de vara cu fructe de sezon si Sangria </strong>este exact ce trebuie! Combinatia de <strong>blaturi insiropate cu Sangria</strong>, <strong>mousse-ul dulce-acrisor de fructe de padure</strong> si <strong>fructele proaspete macerate</strong> te va cuceri pe loc.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Blaturile moi, insiropate cu Sangria, mousse-ul cremos si dulce-acrisor si fructele macerate care adauga un plus de suculenta – toate acestea se combina perfect intr-o explozie de gusturi si texturi. Este genul de desert care te revigoreaza, facandu-te sa te bucuri din plin de zilele calde de vara.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingrediente magice &#8211; Sangria si fructe de sezon</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este Sangria?</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sangria este o <strong>bautura alcoolica originara din Spania</strong>, facuta din <strong>vin rosu</strong>, <strong>fructe proaspete </strong>(precum portocale, lamai, lime, mere, fructe de padure si piersici), <strong>indulcitor </strong>(zahar, miere) si, optional, alte <strong>bauturi spirtoase</strong> (brandy, lichior de portocale). Aceasta este macerata la frigider pentru cateva ore pentru a permite aromelor sa se imbine, iar inainte de servire se adauga <strong>apa minerala</strong> pentru o nota racoritoare. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bautura este extrem de populara nu doar in Spania, ci si in intreaga lume. Este servita de obicei in carafe mari, decorata cu felii de fructe, si se savureaza cu gheata, fiind ideala pentru ocazii festive si intalniri relaxante cu prietenii si familia.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Am facut Sangria vedeta acestui tort, fiind prezenta in mai multe elemente ale retetei. O vom folosi <strong>pentru a insiropa blaturile</strong>, pentru a adauga un <strong>gust intens si fructat in mousse</strong> si <strong>pentru a macera fructele proaspete</strong>. Ea aduce o nota de prospetime si un echilibru perfect intre dulce si acrisor, care se potriveste de minune cu aromele de vara.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Mousse-ul de fructe de padure</strong> este usor, aerat si delicios, completand perfect blaturile insiropate. In plus, adauga un strat de prospetime si, nu in ultimul rand, culoare. Pentru mousse am folosit un mix de fructe de padure congelate, dar poti folosi si fructe proaspete daca iti doresti. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Cu ce putem inlocui Sangria? Varianta de tort de vara cu fructe, fara alcool</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Alcoolul din Sangria se va evapora prin coacerea blaturilor si fierberea piureului de fructe de padure. Va ramane, insa, in fructele macerate si lichidul care insiropeaza blaturile. Asadar, daca vrei sa renunti complet la alcoolul din tort,<strong> exista mai multe optiuni delicioase pentru a inlocui Sangria. </strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Poti folosi, de exemplu, <strong>sucuri de fructe</strong> &#8211; struguri, fructe de padure sau fructe rosii, rodie, merisoare &#8211; pe care le poti amesteca cu suc de portocale. De asemenea, si <strong>ceaiurile </strong>sunt si ele un substituent pentru Sangria, cum ar fi cele de hibiscus sau fructe de padure. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Alegerea depinde de preferintele tale si de ce arome vrei sa pastrezi sau sa accentuezi in tortul tau. Nu uita sa ajustezi si cantitatea de zahar si alte arome pentru a echilibra gustul in functie de ingredientul ales.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Totodata, daca vrei sa folosesti alcool, dar nu ai la indemana Sangria, poti folosi doar <strong>vin rosu</strong>, ideal unul dulce. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Fructele macerate, secretul unui tort de vara fresh</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pe timpul verii imi place sa pregatesc deserturi cu fructe proaspete. Asa ca, pentru un plus de aroma, m-am gandit sa includ in tort <strong>fructe macerate</strong>, care aduc un plus de savoare si prospetime. Procesul de macerare nu doar ca intensifica aromele naturale ale fructelor, dar le si transforma intr-un deliciu suculent care se potriveste perfect cu blaturile insiropate si mousse-ul cremos.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Ce inseamna macerarea fructelor?</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Macerarea este un proces simplu, dar magic, prin care <strong>fructele sunt imbibate intr-un lichid aromat</strong>, cum ar fi Sangria, <strong>pentru a le inmuia si a le intensifica gustul</strong>. Pe langa faptul ca devin mai suculente, fructele capata si arome noi, complementare celor naturale. Am adaugat, asadar, pe langa Sangria, putin suc de portocale si o lingura de zahar, pentru un plus de dulceata. In ceea ce priveste fructele, am optat pentru zmeura, afine, cirese si piersici, dar poti folosi ce iti place tie sau ce ai la indemana. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca doresti o varianta fara alcool, poti inlocui Sangria cu <strong>suc de fructe</strong>, cum ar fi cel de struguri, de rodie, fructe de padure, cirese, merisoare etc. Toate acestea sunt alegeri excelente care vor aduce aceeasi prospetime si intensitate a aromelor.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cu cat lasi mai mult fructele la macerat, cu atat vor capata mai multa savoare. Nu cumva sa arunci lichidul in care se macereaza fructele, deoarece pe acesta il vom folosi la insiroparea blaturilor. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tips &amp; Tricks  </h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Macerarea fructelor</strong>: Lasa fructele sa se macereze pentru cel putin o ora. Acest proces va intensifica aromele si le va face mai zemoase.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Coacerea si racirea blaturilor</strong>: Poti folosi din start trei tavi de tort sau doua, urmand apoi sa tai unul dintre blaturi. Un alt lucru important este sa nu tapetezi cu nimic tavile si sa le intorci cu fundul in sus imediat ce ai scos blaturile din cuptor. In momentul in care scoti blaturile din cuptor, ele sunt inca foarte fragile si exista riscul ca mijlocul sa se scufunde sub propria greutate. Intoarcerea tavii le permite blaturilor sa se raceasca intr-o pozitie stabila, prevenind acest efect de scufundare. Lipsa tapetarii permite blatului sa adere usor la marginile tavii, ceea ce ajuta la sustinerea acestuia in timpul coacerii si racirii cu fundul in sus. Astfel, blatul nu se va contracta excesiv si nu va pierde din volum.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Blaturi perfect</strong> <strong>insiropate</strong>: Asigura-te ca blaturile sunt complet racite inainte de a asambla tortul si de a le insiropa. In acest fel, ele vor absorbi mai bine lichidul fara sa devina prea moi.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Mousse aerat</strong>: Ai grija sa incorporezi frisca cu miscari usoare, de jos in sus, pentru a mentine textura pufoasa.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Cum scoti samburii de la cirese?</strong> Daca nu ai o unealta speciala, poti scoate samburii folosind un pai metalic, cu care sa impingi samburele din cireasa. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram tortul de vara cu fructe si Sangria?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Depoziteaza tortul intr-un <strong>vas cu capac </strong>pentru a preveni uscarea si absorbtia mirosurilor din frigider. Tortul se poate pastra in frigider pentru aproximativ<strong> 3-4 zile</strong>. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca doresti sa pastrezi tortul pentru o perioada mai lunga, taie-l in felii sau portii. In acest fel, vei putea dezgheta doar cat ai nevoie, fara a expune intregul tort la fluctuatiile de temperatura. Inveleste fiecare felie sau portie in folie alimentara si apoi in folie de aluminiu sau pune-le in pungi cu zip si pastreaza-le la congelator pentru <strong>2-3 luni</strong>. Pentru a dezgheta, transfera tortul din congelator in frigider si lasa-l sa se dezghete lent peste noapte.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Biscuiti cu miere</strong> &#8211; eu am ales special acest tip de biscuiti pentru gustul lor unic si aroma specifica, care se potriveste de minune cu cea oferita de fructele de padure. Ii recomand pe cei <a href="https://storage.googleapis.com/bringoimg/web/cache/sylius_shop_product_original/66/3f/2e6e0ec528284d3723d4455cacc7.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Tabiet </a>sau biscuitii <a href="https://static.mega-image.ro/medias/sys_master/h1f/hb9/9233311399966.jpg" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Maia</a> cu miere. Desigur, daca nu iti plac sau nu ii gasesti prin magazine, poti folosi biscuiti digestivi sau chiar Speculoos sau Oreo. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Fructe de padure</strong> &#8211; am folosit un amestec de fructe de padure congelate, de la <a href="https://www.edenia-foods.ro/produse/fructe/fructe-de-padure/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Edenia </a>parca, ce contine coacaze rosii si negre, mure, zmeura si afine. Poti folosi si fructe proaspete sau poti adapta reteta si cu un singur tip de fructe, de exemplu capsuni, zmeura, afine, poate chiar visine. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Frisca </strong>&#8211; smantana lichida din care vom bate frisca trebuie sa fie neaparat rece, de la frigider. Nu o bate foarte mult, pentru ca va ajunge sa aiba o textura granulata. Cum vezi ca incepe sa se intareasca si sa se mentina ferma, opreste mixerul. Incorporeaza piureul de fructe de padure in doua transe, folosind o spatula si miscari de jos in sus. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Dizolvarea gelatinei</strong> &#8211; pune gelatina hidratata in apa la microunde timp de cateva secunde pentru a te asigura ca se dizolva complet. Nu incalzi foarte tare, ci doar ca sa dizolve granulele de gelatina. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Lasa timp suficient pentru ca tarta sa se intareasca</strong> &#8211; nu incerca sa scoti tarta din tava mai devreme de 6 ore. Cu cat sta mai mult, cu atat mai bine, deci ideal ar fi sa o lasi peste noapte.</p>

Te invit sa incerci o reteta minunata de<strong> tarta rustica cu afine si branza Brie</strong> &#8211; o combinatie neasteptata, dar absolut divina! </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Aceasta tarta rustica este atat de simplu de facut, incat oricine o poate pregati. Iar gustul… oh, gustul sau este o calatorie culinara in lumea contrastelor, cu <strong>dulceata suculenta a afinelor</strong> care se impleteste armonios cu <strong>parfumata si cremoasa branza Brie</strong>. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Galette, tarta rustica, spune-i cum vrei</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Tarta rustica</strong>, cunoscuta si sub numele de <strong>galette </strong>in limba franceza, aduna toate componentele si ingredintele unei tarte, oferind aceeasi savoare delicioasa, dar cu un proces mult mai simplu de preparare.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Un aspect distinctiv al unei galette este <strong>aspectul lor rustic</strong>. Marginea aluatului este pliata peste umplutura pentru a crea o bordura. Aceasta caracteristica face ca tartele rustice sa fie relativ usor de preparat in comparatie cu alte deserturi, deoarece nu necesita o forma speciala sau un aspect perfect. Asta inseamna ca nu trebuie sa te straduiesti prea mult in pregatirea ei. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Acest desert este popular in special in Franta, dar a devenit tot mai apreciat in intreaga lume ca o alternativa delicioasa la alte deserturi sau gustari.  Poate fi personalizat in functie de preferintele culinare si sunt adesea asociate cu bucataria de sezon, folosind ingrediente proaspete pentru umplutura.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Aluatul meu preferat pentru tarta rustica</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Retetele pentru aluatul de tarta se aseamana in mare parte, avand ca ingrediente de baza faina, unt, apa rece, si optional, galbenus de ou pentru a le lega. Uneori, se poate adauga zahar pentru un plus de dulceata. Eu de cand am descoperit ca <strong>otetul din cidru de mere</strong> face crusta mai frageda, il folosesc mereu in aluatul de galette sau de tarta clasica. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Asadar, aluatul de galette va fi atat de delicat si fraged, practic se topeste in gura! Care e stiinta din spate? In mod normal, atunci cand apa si faina sunt amestecate, se formeaza gluten, ceea ce poate duce la un aluat tare. Unii experti in patiserie sustin ca adaugarea unui acid, cum ar fi otetul din cidru de mere, poate preveni formarea excesiva a glutenului, pastrand crusta frageda. Pe langa asta, acest aluat se intinde mai usor, nu se oxideaza si nu se micsoreaza la coacere. Este un truc minunat care face diferenta in crearea unei tarte cu o crusta perfecta!</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Ah, <strong>branza Brie</strong>, vedeta absoluta a acestei retete de tarta rustica cu afine! Cine ar fi crezut ca o branza atat de cremoasa si bogata poate juca un rol atat de delicios intr-un desert? Ei bine, branza Brie nu este doar pentru platourile de branza mai mult sau mai putin sofisticate, ci poate transforma cu adevarat orice preparat intr-o experienta culinara aparte.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cand adaugi branza Brie in aceasta tarta rustica, ea se topeste intr-o crema de vis, creand o textura catifelata si o aroma bogata care se imbina perfect cu dulceata pufoasa a afinelor. Este ca si cum ai adauga o pata de rafinament si eleganta, iar gustul sau usor sarat si untos se potriveste de minune cu dulceata si aciditatea fructelor.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Branza Brie nu este doar un simplu ingredient in aceasta reteta, ci este vedeta care isi pune amprenta asupra intregului preparat. Cu fiecare feliuta din aceasta tarta rustica cu afine vei simti cum aromele se impletesc intr-o simfonie delicioasa. Este o explozie de gusturi contrastante, dar care se completeaza de minune. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pastram galette cu afine si branza Brie?</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pastrarea corecta a tartei rustice cu afine si branza Brie este importanta pentru a mentine prospetimea si savoarea ei. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dupa ce ai scos tarta din cuptor, las-o sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei timp de aproximativ <strong>15-20 de minute</strong>. Daca intentionezi sa consumi tarta in urmatoarele ore sau in aceeasi zi, poti sa o acoperi cu folie alimentara sau sa o pui intr-o cutie de prajituri <strong>la temperatura camerei</strong>.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca vrei sa pastrezi tarta pentru mai multe zile, trebuie sa o tii <strong>la frigider</strong>, intr-un recipient inchis sau in folie alimentara. Asigura-te ca tarta este complet racita inainte de a o pune la frigider.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Cand doresti sa servesti tarta, poti sa o reincalzesti putin la cuptorul cu microunde. Cu toate acestea, tarta rustica poate fi, de asemenea, savurata rece din frigider, ceea ce o face o optiune delicioasa pentru o gustare rapida.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca ai facut o cantitate mare de tarta sau doresti sa o pastrezi pentru o perioada mai lunga de timp,<strong> poti sa o congelezi</strong>. Infasoara tarta in folie sau pune-o intr-un recipient cu capac. Ea poate fi pastrata la congelator timp de aproximativ 2-3 luni. Pentru a o decongela, pune-o in frigider si las-o sa se dezghete timp de cateva ore sau peste noapte. Textura crustei s-ar putea sa devina putin mai crocanta decat in momentul coacerii initiale, dar gustul va ramane delicios.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sansele ca pana acum sa mai fi dat peste o reteta care sa contina flori de liliac sunt destul de mici. De cand am aflat ca liliacul e comestibil, m-a intrigat aroma lui si mi-am dorit sa incerc sa integrez aceasta floare magica intr-un desert. Asa a luat nastere <strong>panna cotta infuzata cu liliac</strong> si cu<strong> note dulci de miere</strong>, acoperita cu un<strong> sos delicat de afine proaspete</strong>. O combinatie irezistibila de arome si texturi care te va incanta de la prima lingurita. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Surprinde adevarata esenta si gustul primaverii cu aceasta reteta delicioasa de panna cotta cu flori de liliac! Esti gata sa pornesti intr-o calatorie plina de savoare?</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Panna cotta cu liliac, miere si afine, un vals diafan al aromelor fine</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Inchide ochii si imagineaza-ti un deliciu rafinat, unde gusturile se intrepatrund si se contopesc intr-o simfonie de arome. Parfumul subtil al florilor de liliac se imprima in  crema fina si catifelata de frisca indulcita cu miere, iar sosul bogat si dulce-acrisor de afine desavarseste aceasta opera de arta culinara. Panna cotta, un desert italian clasic, devine astfel o experienta cu totul noua si fascinanta. Sigur, e posibil sa fiu eu subiectiva, dar chiar mi se pare unul dintre cele mai bune si inedite deserturi incercate pana acum.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Efectul vizual al acestui desert este la fel de spectaculos ca si gustul sau. Prin delicatele pahare de sticla poti descifra parca textura matasoasa a delicioasei creme panna cotta, care, prin infuzarea florilor de liliac in frisca, capteaza aroma lor sofisticata. Sosul purpuriu incununeaza acest desert de vis, savoarea dulce-acrisoara a afinelor impletindu-se armonios cu aroma subtila a liliacului. <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ce este panna cotta? </h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Panna cotta este un <strong>desert italian</strong> care se traduce prin „smantana gatita”. Si practic, asta si este &#8211; smantana pentru frisca, usor incalzita, amestecata cu gelatina pentru a avea o consistenta ferma. Este unul dintre acele deserturi super simple, dar elegante si este perfect pentru sezonul cald.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Infuzarea florilor de liliac</strong> in grasimi precum smantana lichida este o modalitate de a capta esenta lor minunata. Moleculele de grasime se prind de moleculele aromatice ale florilor comestibile, permitand cremei sa devina puternic infuzata cu parfumul si aroma liliacului in cea mai pura forma. Panna cotta de liliac rezultata este divina si incapsuleaza frumos primavara.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cum pregatim liliacul si cu ce poate fi inlocuit</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Foloseste flori de liliac <strong>proaspete</strong>, cat mai <strong>inflorite</strong> si asigura-te ca nu au fost stropite cu pesticide sau alte substante nocive. <strong>Spala bine liliacul inainte de utilizare</strong> &#8211; eu l-am clatit sub jetul de la chiuveta, apoi am pus ramurelele intr-un castron cu apa. Incearca sa separi florile si sa nu folosesti si tulpinile verzi, deoarece acestea pot da un gust usor amar si ierbos. Cu un foarfece te vei misca mai repede. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sezonul liliacul este destul de scurt, asa ca daca dai peste aceasta reteta si nu ai la dispozitie florile de liliac, poti sa incerci si alte <strong>flori comestibile parfumate</strong>. Poti alege violetele, florile de soc, musetelul sau trandafirii de dulceata. De asemenea, panna cotta cu lavanda este si ea minunata, dar sa ai grija la cantitatea de lavanda din compozitie, deoarece este foarte puternica.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Esti fan al clatitelor americane, dar ti-ar placea sa se faca <strong>mai usor</strong> si <strong>mai repede</strong>? Ai ajuns in locul potrivit! Iti voi impartasi o <strong>reteta delicioasa de pancakes la tava</strong>, pe care cu siguranta o sa o indragesti. Partea cea mai buna? <strong>Mai putin efort, timp mai scurt de preparare</strong>. In plus, prajitura-clatita, cum imi place mie sa o numesc, este foarte versatila si poate fi personalizata in functie de preferintele tale si de ceea ce ai prin casa. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pancakes la tava, preparate la cuptor, sunt o idee minunata de mic dejun, gustare sau desert. Aceasta reteta este un rasfat pentru papilele gustative, ce iti va incanta simturile si iti va umple sufletul de bucurie. Faptul ca aceste pancakes sunt preparate in tava, in loc de metoda clasica de intors clatitele in tigaie, face aceasta reteta si mai atragatoare. Astfel, nu vei mai pierde timp incercand sa gasesti momentul potrivit pentru a intoarce clatita fara sa o rupi.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">De ce pancakes la tava sunt mai faine ca pancakes clasice</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Spre deosebire de clatitele pufoase americane, pancakes la tava sunt <strong>mult mai usor de facut</strong> si <strong>nu necesita prea mult efort sau timp</strong>. Mie imi place mult sa mananc la micul dejun clatite, dar gandul ca imi va lua cel putin jumatate de ora sa le fac in tigaie nu-mi surade deloc. Mai ales pe timp de vara, cand temperatura in bucatarie creste considerabil si imi doresc sa fiu pe un sezlong, langa o piscina, intorcandu-ma de pe o parte pe alta. Nu langa aragaz, intorcand clatitele. <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f605.png" alt="😅" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Asadar, am tot cautat o varianta sa ma bucur de gustul clatitelor minimizand cat mai mult efortul. Deci, ador la aceasta reteta ca nu trebuie sa stai la aragaz si sa le intorci pe fiecare parte, ci doar torni aluatul in tava si sa dai la cuptor pentru cateva minute. Cred ca ar merge si la Air Fryer, dar ramane de testat timpul si temperatura potrivita. De asemenea, le poti pregati si in avans (seara) si dimineata doar sa le reincalzesti. Si bineinteles, sa adaugi o cantitate generoasa de sirop de artar. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Un alt avantaj al acestui tip de pancakes este ca sunt o idee <strong>mai putin grase</strong> decat clatitele clasice. Cel putin renuntam la uleiul si prajeala in tigaie. In plus, pot fi adaptate si pentru a fi <strong>mai sanatoase</strong> sau potrivite pentru o dieta vegana, folosind faina integrala sau alternative la zahar si unt (ulei de cocos, unt vegan).</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Desigur, poti servi clatitele si simple, fara nimic. Dar whoah, cate variante avem pentru a adauga gust si savoare acestor clatite americane la cuptor! De la varianta &#8222;ce am prin casa&#8221; pana la variantele atent studiate si gandite in avans. De data aceasta, eu am ales o combinatie de capsuni, afine si chipsuri de ciocolata cu lapte. Inainte de servire, neaparat sa torni deasupra sirop de artar! </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pentru a-si pastra prospetimea, pastreaza clatitele la frigider, intr-un recipient inchis si consuma-le in 3-4 zile. Iti recomand sa le servesti calde (incalzite la cuptor sau la microunde). </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Daca ramai cu prea multe bucati, le poti pastra la congelator. Asigura-te ca s-au racit complet, apoi inveleste-le in folie alimentara si/sau pungi cu zip. Le poti lasa la congelator pana la 3 luni. </p>
